Fast shipping from the EU. But unfortunately the packaging is almost always damaged. There are products that can withstand the stress of shipping and arrive without damage. More expensive ones require additional protection. The prices are acceptable, but you should also check the prices of other companies. Product and price are great. Would have gave 5 stars if delivery on one of my orders was on time. I’m ok with some delay, but now all I get for status is package going through network. Been going thru network for 10 days. And it just has to go from Arizona to California.

During claim of product I ask if data saved on SSD will be sure send me back. When product was not possible to repair, I dont get any chance to receive back my data. I get only one possible solution and I cant choose from more. I like the heli I bought that came with 2 batteries however 1 of the batteries is not taking a full charge. I called 2x so far before they wrote up a ticket for somone to look into it just send me a replacement battery. I'm not looking for a new heli or my money back just want what I paid for. Feel like I'm jumping through hoops for a replacement battery. if they send me out a new battery without any more aggravation I will give a 5 star no problem. Until then I think 3 is fair it is a nice heli handles nice but my flying time is cut in half.
