Be very carefull for what you buy this microscope.
The quality overall is acceptable for this money.
However if you purchase this microscope, be aware that FOV angle for the integrated camera is much smaller than the optical FOV. You might wanna consider an aditional 0.3 or 0.5x lens for the digitial camera.

Whenever I've bought from Banggood the quality of the products (Enjoywood, Ganwei and, in the most recent case, Hongdui) has been superb.
The service and speed of despatch is also excellent.
What lets Banggood down is its use, in the UK, of Evri to deliver the last mile. I wish an alternative were available that didn't dump packages on the doorstep and run.

URGENT COMPLAINT: Second attempt after a 70-day failure!
"I am writing this to express my total indignation. This is my second attempt to buy a scooter from you, and my patience has reached its limit.
On my first order, you held my money for 70 days, delivered absolutely nothing, and only gave me a refund. To make it worse, you didn't even have the decency to send an email to apologize! I only found out about the refund because Scalapay notified me. It was a total failure of service and a massive waste of time.
Now, for this second order, I acknowledge that there was a real effort: you were fast and handed the product to the courier the very next day. I see this quick response, which is not your usual standard, and I appreciate that you are trying to fix your image.
However, the delivery deadline is May 20th. Living in the Azores, I know how logistics work and I know this deadline is extremely tight.
Be warned: I already have 5 open complaints in your system. If this fast shipping does not result in an actual delivery on time, I will not wait another 70 days. I will immediately file a Bank Chargeback and take further action. I don't want points; I want my product delivered to my door in the Azores. I am watching the tracking every single day!" I've always been satisfied with the goods purchased from Banggood. The problem lies in the after-sales service.
1) Package preparation and shipping times are often very long.
2) Checking the tracking number is pointless, as it's (always) non-existent, which is extremely annoying for those waiting for their purchased goods.
3) Not finding replacement parts is also quite annoying.
Example: a second battery for the TOPSHAK TS-ESD4 impact driver, a little gem I purchased on the platform some time ago and works wonderfully, so much so that I actually wished for a second battery to complete the kit.
The shortcomings need to be addressed to earn 5 stars.

I ordered an electric cycle from this company 1.5 months ago and still have not received my order or a refund.
Every time I contact customer service, they tell me to “wait one more week,” but nothing changes. There has been no proper update, no delivery, and no refund.

I ordered it remote boat for my 9 year old son. By thr first use the boat filled with water and the speed of the boat came and went all the time. I asked for a replacement or refund. Communication was super slow and the problem was never solved
No refund, no replacement. Sent it to a repair shop was what they told me!

Really slow customer service. No responses from sellers when you have an issue. Item I bought was unsafe for use for the intended purpose.
Seems impossible to get a refund by the appropriate channels.
UPDATE: Its really wonderful that banggood are monitoring their customer reviews. I only wish they could put the same effort into refunding me for an unsafe electrical item. They have taken nearly a week to offer me a refund of less than 15% of what I actually spent with them. Ridiculous. It's unsafe to use so they should be refunding me the whole amount.

I ordered a Phoenix glider airplane from them and the motor and esc doesn't work. Their customer service has been delaying me with lame excuses like their company is on a Labor Day holiday. Now they are claiming the 2S 7.4 battery burnt it up and they want me to pay shipping and return it to China before they will refund my money. The shipping will cost more than it's worth.
