Arrived fine

Arrived fine. Projection distance is ~ 3.5 m, sharp image on the wall. Automatic display brightness control works well. Phone charging is a bit slow (10% during 30 mins according to my phone), but there is something at least. It knows what it needs to know. Worth the price. Hopefully it won't has any problem for a while.

Don't trust BANGGOOD if you have a complaints or claims!

For me BANGGOOD is a good store for things that don't break and don't need warranty repairs. If there are complaints and claims, a dialogue begins with many evasions and suggestions. They finally offer you a proper refund without having to return the gadget. And after you agree, suddenly the money is only paid after the gadget is returned to China. Such impudence, it's better to save yourself the nerves and money and not order anything from BANGGOOD that could break.

As already reported to customer support, the package arrived damaged and repackaged, and the product itself showed signs of scuffing or scratches. Otherwise, the product appears to offer good value for money, which is why I am giving it an average rating. I hope to receive a response to the open ticket regarding this matter.

Delivery is reliable and twice as fast as originally planned, 5 days instead of 12 days. The only downside is just the ergonomic of the Banggood website. It is not intuitive.

On the whole decent bit of kit once…

On the whole decent bit of kit once assembled, however the screws supplied were the wrong size. It needs M6 x 30mm for the fence, but it only had 20mm screws. Ended up buying some as couldn’t be bothered trying to get a ticket raised.

The shipping is fast enough

The shipping is fast enough. Customer service is not bad. Chat box is totally useless to me. And, it would be much better if customers could use ALL of thier earned points in a single transaction. Amazon still has you beat in many areas!

Generally pleased...

Ordered two related items (usually purchased together). One arrived very quickly, the other took a month, but I suppose it was overland from China. The products I bought were very good quality, good price. Would recommend.

So far I have mostly good experiences with your store, good selection of products for UAV and FPV, good prices, sometimes even much cheaper than on Aliexpress - as part of your promotions, I am not afraid to order expensive goods for hundreds of euros, the possibility of shipping insurance, etc. So far I have only two negative experiences (compared to dozens of problem-free orders so far): 1. Once they were unable to deliver a shipment from a warehouse in Germany, because the sender (Banggood) did not include my phone number on the shipment - later, after intervention with the courier, the shipment was successfully delivered. 2. Once it happened to me that the goods were purchased in a pre-order for about 80 euros and after the goods were in stock, Banggood asked to pay the additional price of 140 euros. Apart from that, I am satisfied, I just do not buy on pre-order anymore.

The product was great

The product was great! Good quality aircraft, it flies great. Shockingly durable. It has taken some serious abuse and keeps flying. My only reason for docking a star was because I ordered blue and they sent a red. It says blue on the receipt email, and even on the packing slip, yet I got red. Oh well, it is still a good experience.

Prices not as cheap as used to be

Used Banggood a few times in the past and the prices have always been very good , I’ve come to place an order on the same item I normally use Banggood for , however quite a big increase on price this time , actually cheaper to buy elsewhere , when normally they can’t be beaten on price

Not sure which product this is for but all my orders have been very good. Packages arrived on time or early. The packing of their products is amazing. The quality of the products is even better. I was so close to giving 5 stars; however, The bench top router was missing the four bolts that hold the sacrificial fence in place. You can feel the quality in any product as soon as you pick it up. There is a pleasing serious heft to the tools. the machining was a little suspect in certain areas but they were cosmetic and won't affect the use. The knurling on the handles is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend Banggood to anyone looking for quality tools.

With regards to orders

With regards to orders #116244203 and #116273243 The advertised price was $139 and later receive mail asking me to pay $50 and another time $30 say logistics issues. There were no logisticissues with other orders of mine. That was false advertising. Disappointed with the company.
