I only used the Diesel heater for an hour before it developed a fault ,which made it dangerous due to the high level of Carbon dioxide being produced,I hope it can be repaired.

Delivery was faster than expected. It was however poorly delivered. It was handed over to a neighbour I had never meet or seen before and the delivery man did not deem it fit to contact me about who my order was delivered to. I sent mail regarding this and my mail was never responded to. I got to know who was having my order 5days after it was delivered. The product is a good one, anyway.

RC controller broke on the very first use. I have been trying to get something done since 01/19/2026 and 16 days later and I have a helicopter I cant use and no solution to the problem. Customer service is so slow it is basically non existent. Sooo Disappointed !!!
Update / They did send a new controller. Just took quite a while to get resolved but they did resolve the problem. 3.5 Stars

An item was missing from the enclosure as advertised for the product page. In general I was happy with purchases, until thos one, Specifically 2nd chain was missing from the product shipped.

Very fast shipping , competitive prices, decent quality
It all went rather well, ordering, payment and preparation for shipping. The only reason I give it 4/5 is despite the fact that the items arrived in about half of the time estimated by the seller, the visibility of shipping status was erratic at best.

Good overall if you are ready for some concessions
Good variety, good offers, fast EU shipping, but the products lack the consistency. You might get a dud , or an awesome unit.

I am writing this to warn other buyers that the internal hardware of the Ninkear M7 (Ryzen 5 7430U) does not match the official specifications. The Discrepancies: SSD: Advertised as NVMe (3,500MB/s), but arrived with a slow M.2 SATA drive (550MB/s). RAM: Advertised as 3200MHz, but arrived with a 2666MHz module (confirmed by CPU-Z: SKIHOTAR-16GB-2666). The Resolution: I never received a response from the actual manufacturer. Banggood eventually offered a $20 partial refund to close the case. I accepted this only to end the frustration, but it does not cover the permanent 15-20% performance loss I am suffering compared to the advertised specs. Warning: Once you accept a refund, Banggood may block your ability to leave a product review. Check your RAM and SSD speeds immediately upon arrival. Ticket Ref: 20260103170657000740
UPDATE: Banggood replied with a generic script, but I've done a technical audit. Ninkear's official site/blog specifies this M7 should have a Faspeed P8 NVMe SSD (3,600 MB/s) and Faspeed N4 3200MHz RAM. Instead, they shipped it with a generic SATA SSD (550 MB/s) and 2666MHz RAM. That is a 650% speed reduction on the drive and a significant downgrade on the RAM. A $20 refund for hardware fraud is unacceptable. Check your hardware with CrystalDiskMark and CPU-Z immediately-you likely didn't get what you paid for.
UPDATE (Feb 7, 2026): After escalating with technical proof, I reached a resolution with Banggood. They have issued a total refund of $60, which I have now received. While $60 covers the approximate market value difference between these parts, it doesn't change the fact that the machine's peak performance is lower than advertised. I've updated my rating to 3 stars. I appreciate the refund, but buyers should double-check their internal components upon arrival using tools like HWiNFO or CPU-Z.

Delivered in 10 days to mainland Portugal. The item (radio unit) was in good condition, although the packaging was scarce, imho.
On the downside, it was delivered to a pickup location, even though I've specified address delivery during the order.

Good and very cheap seller.
Compared to Aliexpress "Choice" delivery it is about 7 to 9 days longer to Germany, but as said the price is very good and was on every product i checked lower as on Aliexpress sellers.
So also the tracking when Banggood uses "Landmark" shit Service.... one will get no informations until it arrives in your Country!!! This is not good and should be prohibited in 2026 in my opinion!
