I have ordered several things and some experiences were OK and others were not. I had to cancel one order after waiting 2 months and them saying that they will ship it when they get it. I did get a refund. My latest experience is ordering an airplane with a "7-day delivery" guarantee. After another 2 month wait, I tried to cancel but this time was told that the order was "in process". So now I wait again and hope, with no recourse to get my order or my money back!

This purchase through "banggood, was a first for me; overall, the experience was positive: most items were as described and worth the purchase price. I realize that purchasing blind online is taking a chance that the item(s) described/pictured are done so accurately, particularly "knock-off" items at attractively low prices. Subtle differences, not always apparent in description or image can result in a tool that lacks the required accuracy suggested. One such item, a tool to "accurately" measure parts to be cut/joined, failed to do so, thus it was of little value.

I thought the shipping was a little longer than expected,and I had 2 shortages and I am still trying to get them ,I was short a drone battery and an sd card that was supposed to come with it ,I tried to contact Banggood and there was another party involved also Rarilong technology and I can't seem to get in touch with whomever is the resposible party but still trying.

I ordered the volantrexRC Sportcub500 with shipping insurance for $74.93. never arrived eventually banggood insisted on refunding as opposed to reordering the plane. They insisted on me reordering for $86.59 (not as good a sale as before).
Given they did not deliver they should have honored my initial order but I was stuck with paying extra $11 due to their error.

I've ordered the metric version of the square, but one of the parts contained in the package has metric scales on it while the other one has imperial scales :(
That's too bad because the tool quality is very good for the price (like all the ENJOYWOOD tools I've ordered until now) and the square is dead square in all directions (checked with a verified mechanical square I own for an eternity)

I have to give Banggood high marks for their delivery speed—it's genuinely impressive. If your local carrier operates on weekends, you can even expect your package to arrive then. In my case, everything showed up within just 3 days, which is a huge plus for international shopping.
The product quality itself is pretty solid; it met my expectations but there are some issues. That said, I'm really concerned about Banggood's review system. I submitted a constructive but critical review, and now it's nowhere to be seen—it looks like it was quietly deleted or hidden. I can't view it under my account, and the option to submit another review for that item is grayed out because I've already "used" my one shot. This makes me seriously question the reliability of the reviews I see on the site. With Banggood's prices often on the higher side for what you're getting, it's hard to fully trust the feedback from other buyers, and that casts doubt on the overall product quality too.

3 stars it can be a good place to get cheap stuff but you get what you pay for and with no customer service if ever you need to return anything just cute your losses and forget it because your never get a reply from sellers or a return. But for cheaper stuff it's good. But I wouldn't recommend for higher price items its not worth the head ache

I ordered 2 things. First was delivered in a few days - 100% happy with that one. Second one got postponed by a month or so. Not yet delivered, so I'm not happy about that one. To be fair I got an option to cancel the 2nd order. Still I want the 2nd item, so I'll hold on..

Drawn out returns process, takes too long long to go through then sellers want videos of problems and you can’t load up videos on site return just pictures. Item was wanted for Christmas now got to wait for spare parts as they don’t want to accept return so I can just buy another new unit
