Communication has been slow and have still not recieved parts.
Communication has been slow and limited. Tried to get a refund on a defective product and was offered a replacement part instead. I agreed weeks ago and still no parts. Very disappointed!

I have positive and negative experience with Banggood.
Positive:
- The delivery time is great from CZ warehouse.
- When I'm lucky the item is of a good quality
Negative:
- Price inconsistency. I get one price in the email, but it's a different price in the app.
- Coupons. Sometimes the total is more when I apply coupons. Then I just cancel the order.
- When my item was missing parts, they were sending wrong replacements 3 times for 3 months.
- EU has 2 years warranty for expensive items. They have around 2 months or so. I'm not buying expensive electronics from Banggood.

All OK when I receive the buy .
But I didn't receive a package. It's probably not your fault but the carrier's. It says I should contact the carrier, the carrier asks me to contact you. I'm the one who lost (77.8 Euros) and I have no chance of getting justice.
The piece is" Drillpro PTS200 V2 100W " what I not received 2 pieces, the carrier is DHL.
Is important that you change something in communication for this problems , please understand that your robot have not all answer to questions, is limited.

Purchased the stair tread template and a woodworking plane stop. The items were wrapped in a single bag and the box within was slightly dented, however there was no damage to the merchandise.
My gripe is about how they delivered. I received no notification that the item was delivered, and only found out they had was when my son visited the house and informed he found the parcel outside next to my side gate. It had been there for nearly 24 hours.

The product was well packed, and it seems like it will perform well.
The method of purchase is very confusing and initially they sent a tool that I was not interested in. They offered to refund it after a lot of back and forth, but the shipping would have made it prohibitive. They should allow returns to the distribution warehouse it shipped from instead of having to ship returns to China.

Slow support, slow reviews, issues with warehouses
Sometimes responses from support take time. Approving reviews takes even more time. The website design is not very clean. Even though I purchased something from my local warehouse, it has been shipped from other country warehouse, taking very long time (not delivered yet). Overall not really so great experience.

Good tools are offered for a convincing price and there's a rather reliable customer support (it may take some time to get to the point, but you'll get an answer).
Still, you can't trust the most interesting offers you thought you contracted to ever reach you: I spent 5 months trying to be provided with the item I had bought at a real bargain price thanks to a special summer offer, but in the end I had to agree with a refund, since they never sent it out and argued after all this time that the offer was no longer available... even if I had an invoice proving my purchase in due conditions. That's no true fraud, but definitely false advertising.

All items I ordered where in stock at the point I paid. Only part of the order was dispatched. The rest is now not in stock and won't be dispatched until 7 weeks after I paid for it. No apologies given.
So very disappointed and nos wonder if I will ever actually get the rest of the order.
What I did receive was good value.
