I ordered a battery from this website because it seemed to help me get the right one for an old laptop and it was in the UK. The fact that there was stock and the delivery time was short encouraged me. The battery arrived safely but I still had problems with charging my laptop. When I emailed to report that the battery was not fully charging, I was rung back within a day and given practical advice. Now the battery is working well. Thank you to Battdepot.
Easy to use, speedy delivery and goods as described
Well they do ship the Northern Ireland, so that's nice. However, premium shipping is not DPD/UPS as stated, it is Hermes. I am still awaiting delivery 3 days after dispatch. I paid for the premium service and received the standard shipping. I am not impressed.

I ordered the battery after identifying the one I wanted. It was delivered on time, and it has been working for me since I replaced the old battery. And also it has a 1-year warranty, that could help in case something happens.

Battdepot themselves are very good. The battery I ordered is great and was dispatched quickly. My only problem was with the courier service they used.
I purchased a laptop battery with a 2 year warranty. After 18 months, it died completely. I received an RMA number and free shipping label. That was almost 4 months ago !!! I have bought many batteries in the past and referred clients, but what's the point if they don't stand behind their warranty or respond to inquiries. I am very disappointed...
I am in the US and tried to order a power cord for my laptop. The US branch is located in Bellingham Washington. First they sent the wrong cord. Second they denied that they'd ever received the cord back. I proved that they had received it with the tracking. Lastly they promised me a refund that never showed up. This is a completely incompetent and unethical company.
