Another great phone. My son got me started with Back Market after he had good experiences with 2 phones. Now I have had good experience with ordering my 3rd phone. When I lost my first phone, and ordered a replacement, then found my phone, they let me return it with no issues. Everything was simple. Communication is great. When I need my next phone, it will be through Back Market.

They could not repair or replace my device so they sent me a refund but kept all of my data on the device. I was unable to power the unit on after only 6 months of use and could not factory reset it.
Bought an iPhone 16e from well rated seller with a lot reviews. Phone was well priced, in pristine condition, and camera and battery have been working well so far.
The sheer quality of my device coupled with the price makes the experience more than worthwhile. I paid a fraction of the price for a laptop versus if I purchased new, and the device is equal in condition if not better.

I was a little skeptical but I went ahead with my purchase and I am very satisfied. The order came very quickly after purchasing it was like two days. If you’re looking for good quality but also looking to save money I would definitely go with and trust back market
The phone is good but the delivery was 2 days later than it said it would be which caused me a lot of difficulties and stress. When I tried to cancel the order they refused. They say they “can’t guarantee delivery times” which is strange because they told me the “latest delivery time” when I ordered the phone. Part of the problem is that Backmarket are really just a 3rd party company which show the stock of other retailers, so they can’t guarantee how long the actual company you are buying from will take to deliver it. In this case they shouldn’t guarantee it in the first place. I can’t complain about the product, but don’t trust the delivery times and don’t expect much from the customer service.
I absolutely recommend Back Market. Great experience, my galaxy S24 plus in very good condition. I love the phone and I absolutely Order again.

Headline: Back Market payment policy sucks. Had I known only ACH payment to my bank acct I would not have traded my iphone for new one with it. Back Market forces you to share bank account details for payouts. I traded my iPhone to Back Market, and paid for my new one w/ my CC. Turns out Back Market only pays the trade in (mine $88) with ACH bank acct transfer. They refuse any other payment option. They demand my direct bank account and routing number. Why would I give Back Market my bank account access? Not even my mother gets this info. Opening a 2nd account for $88, thanks Black Market. Beware if you value your data privacy. Back Market owes me $88 for my iphone 12 mini that was in great shape. Probably forever. What a deal!
