I had a great experience with Back Market. I purchased a 2021 Dell 3250 with an i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM. It arrived in excellent condition and has worked exactly as expected. The purchase was straightforward, and choosing refurbished felt like an affordable, more sustainable alternative to buying new. I’d happily use Back Market again.
I ordered an IPhone 16 Pro. It seemed fine, a couple of superficial scratches at the corners. In short time I noticed that the screen would glitch out for a fraction of a second at random intervals. Initiated a refund process. All is well, get it sent back, but getting the refund issued was a hassle. Followed the return instructions to a T. Fully wiped the phone and removed iCloud before sending back. Sent on 07/20, received on 07/23, promised refund within two business days. The seller took additional time to verify something and on 07/27 I was promised a refund within two business days. On the 30th they started to say that I never removed my iCloud and this is a little on me, but the messages were going to my spam folder so I didn’t see them promptly and on 08/03 they were threatening to send an iCloud locked phone back to me. I promptly provided proof that the phone was not linked to my iCloud and that it was wiped before being returned and it took until 08/07 to be refunded an amount. What would I be stuck with if I didn’t see that email in my spam folder in time?
I did a ton of research before choosing back market to purchase my next cell phone from. The phone arrived in pristine condition even though I purchased one rated as "good" quality. Not a single scratch anywhere on the device or screen. The battery health is phenomenal and the only work I had to do was go to the AT&T network unlock portal and request a code to fully unlock the device. The whole process took very little time to complete and bang my s24+ was ready to rock. From the 6$ insurance policy to the standard 1 year warranty the device came with I am happy all the way around and would highly recommend buying phones and such from Back Market !
My MacBook Pro was in pristine condition and the battery life was great overall I’m very happy with my purchase

The iPad that I bought was listed as fair condition. When I received it it was light years better than fair. You must have very rigid standards because this item was near perfect. But I was able to track the product easily.
After negotiating a trade-in and me sending them my phone and being accepted,,, they informed me that they only pay via direct deposit to bank so for me to send my backing info and ss to them. I may be old but I am not crazy and am NOT going to give that info to total strangers. When contacted, they in g owed that is the only choice and no, would not return my phone That to me constitutes obtain property under false pretences which is illegal. DONT TRUST THEIR TRADIN CRAP.
