We've bought 3 devices through BackMarket now, and the process has exceeded expectations. Clear communication every step of the way. It feels so good to package up older devices, saving them from the landfill and getting a break on the price of new, too.

They have the worst customer service when it comes to delivery. They put a restriction where if I can’t be home to sign for it I’m basically out of luck. They won’t change it so it can be held at a secure FedEx location. So if I miss the delivery again tomorrow it will go back to them and I get a refund. Stupidest thing I have ever heard of. I won’t ever do business with them again.
Back Market has a great variety of quality products available. I was looking for an older iPad, and they had just what I was looking for. The price was right, and my item shipped next day. The iPad was in excellent condition and charged up right away. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
I traded in a PS4 so I could upgrade to a PS5. The trade-in process was painless and I received the quoted price for my PS4 from the refurbisher (3rd party). I ordered a refurbished PS5 through Back Market from the same 3rd party. I received it during the ETA range provided and it was packaged well with the necessary parts. I've been using it daily since and have not had issues, but I feel secure knowing that it is covered under warranty if I run into issues.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S23. FE from back market, it was ridiculously low priced at $215 dollars before tax, I didn't really expect much. They said it was in fair condition. When I received the phone 3 days later, which is a remarkable feat for that price. I was astonished to get a phone that looked and worked like new for 215. Dollars they followed up with an email to let me know how to set it up. And if I needed any help to contact them, I am a techie, so I did not contact him. I could set it up myself, but they were very thorough. In letting me know along the way when it shipped. Where it was at? And when to expect it also with help. If I needed it to set it up, these people are remarkably thorough and I am very satisfied and will definitely buy more equipment from them in the very near future. I love back market. I even downloaded their app. They are remarkable people. I would recommend them a 110%

Two products and so incredibly pleased with each. The prices are so reasonable that I recommend Back Market to anyone I can. The variety of phones, laptops to anything keeps shopping in one place. Delivery is so prompt. The standards are so high that there really is little margin of error.

I honestly would use an app again if I purchase another phone. I had no issue with my new phone when it came. It worked perfectly fine. One thing I will say is the trade-in features so I was gonna take five days to give back my money and it’s lowkey been week and since no money but their support team is very supportive and nice so definitely try it out

Finding the item I wanted was easy, Plenty of color choices (Airpod Max) and options for quality. Shipping was fast. The headphones themselves are amazing, Active Noise Cancelling works flawlessly, as does the Active Noise Passthrough. Unit was clean and looked unused by a prior party. 10/10 Will come back to BackMarket.
I used to recommend back market to anyone who asked me about a good place to buy second hand electronics. I cannot do that in good faith anymore because their customer service has gone seriously downhill. I get people who appear to be bots because they just repeat the same phrases over and over again no matter what I say. Either they're bots or they're not bothering to read and understand what the issue is. I have a very simple issue that could have been fixed very simply and it has been turned into a major ordeal simply because the person I bought a laptop from couldn't be bothered to check to see if it stayed on when it wasn't plugged in. Very disappointed in the quality of the refurbished jobs that are being done now. I'm not even sure the laptop I bought actually had the specs that they said it did because it is not running things that it should run.
Prompt shipping, fair price, laptop in good working condition. Keyboard was rather worn, but condition was stated as "fair", so no complaints. One complaint about the packaging: the shipping box was completely unpadded, and the laptop literally rattled around in it every time the box was moved. It failed to recognize its hard disk on first boot (which may have been unconnected). Several weeks down the line, it is working fine.
It was as expected and the protection of the ipads were great. They are going to for my grandsons.
