You guys over at beach bikes. Are really good, I mean great, I ordered myself an e bike and it was here so quick. Before you knew it i was rolling on my new bike. The bicycle I received had different parts from the illustrated photos, wheels where bent to the point of not being able to ride the bike. After phone calls and multiple emails with a company rep I was assured to be credited for the replacement and repairs that were done at local bike shops. I provided the documents and filled out the requested forms needed to receive the agreed refund. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ANY MONEY THAT I'VE HAD TO SPEND TO REPAIR AND REPLACE THE POOR QUALITY OF THE BICYCLE I PURCHASED. THE LAST EMAIL I SENT WAS NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED, I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY BACK WHICH IS OVER A MONTH AGO. Very poor customer service... This was an experience that far exceeded the cost and time of just purchasing a bike locally rather than saving a few bucks with an online purchase.
