After searching for some exterior solar lights we found these.
Made the purchase, waited for a while for items to arrive but was told from the start it could take a while.
Lamps arrived and were terrific.
After a month or so we had a little problem with one not working so we contacted beautifulhalo and they promptly sent the parts to fix problem.
Both are working beautifully now they look really great, they even have 3 light settings on the lamp which I wasn't aware of.
I would definitely do business with beautifulhalo again.
The coat I order was mush smaller than I purchased so they asked for me to prove it. The support team made me take all these photos and countless emails to just offer me 5% return to keep the item. They would not exchange it even after admitting in ”there will be errors”
SCAM-order number #19181. I hope you've checked the reviews before buying, I wish I had. They send you junk which really is nothing like the item you 'bought" then will only refund it to 30%. Thieves and liars.

Are you completely mad?! You think I am going to pay to send a product back that you ripped me off on? I went to Paypal because you wouldn’t take back your damaged goods and return my money - it was a last resort. Look at your rating - poor and that is because Trustpilot won’t let you put 0 stars. At least when people read this they will understand who they are dealing with.

If I could give this company no stars or even minus stars i would.
I ordered a long line cardigan that was quite thick that cost me over £40. The item I received was a very poor quality product that was nothing like the one advertised. It was also extremely small for a 5xl.
After several emails they say they can't accept a return as they have sent the right item and have offered me a 10% discount to keep it. It's absolute rubbish, not what I ordered and wouldn't fit someone half my size. I certainly don't want to keep it and i want my money back or the item i actually ordered. They just ignore what I'm telling them and just trying to wriggle out of their trading obligation. Be very aware of this company
I absolutely love my lamps I ordered .We got a matching set n everyone is in love with them. They arrived within a week of ordering and I can't Express how much I like this company. I will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou

The international transportation is complex and the products need to be delivered to the local express carrier of the destinated country by the airline or the shipping company. It takes time and it is a not simple thing as many people imagine. Thanks for the international logistic so that many customer can enjoy the convenience shopping many products with high quality and unique design worldwide. Try to think about that, in the past time, we could only buy thing at local and we could only buy little products. But now we can buy many things from other countries without going to other places in person. Why doesn't Trustpilot let you give 0 stars? This company make their money by taking your money and then sending out a product, nothing like the picture, that is cheap tack and isn't big enough for a westerner. When you complain and send pictures they offer you 10%, then 15% eventually 30% off and tell you to keep the item which as mentioned is pointless as they didn't fit and it is falling apart.
Beautilfulhalo wanted me (like many of you) to return at my cost even though item was faulty. This is the scam! This is how the company make money. You then spend time emailing back and forward until you give up and then they keep your money. Genius!
88% on Trustpilot think this company is crooked. I don't even believe the good review's - I believe they plant those.
I can't understand how this company are still functioning. The same review again and again and this company basically steals your money. It's the same experience for all of us and somebody out there needs to stop them.
Opened a case with PayPal and received a full refund immediately, so glad I paid with PayPal. I urge all of you to do the same.

DO NOT USE BEAUTIFUL HALO. Initially I brought one light and when arrived decided to buy another light to match. In addition I purchased a large light with a total cost £1000+. Only 1 light arrived and it was faulty. The second light was not sent. For months I have been emailing the company and trying to return. Finally 4 months later they have emailed me a returns address. The additional light which was not received I am still waiting for a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Broken items arrived, all rusty and the wires were cut, like someone had taken scissors to them. Been offered 5% refund then 10% now 20%….. no full refund in sight…

Shocking! Ordered a rather expensive wooden orb chandelier and when the electrician has gone to fit it, he discovered there was no power to the lights! You would at least expect to be able to have a light you can switch on. The fittings also don’t clip together as they should. Waste of money. Terrible product and quality, please avoid!

Awful product. Received product which barely had any resemblance to the picture on the website. Applied for a refund and as others, were offered a 10% then 20% then 30% then 40% refund to avoid a return for a full refund (by what seemed to be a bot programmed to respond automatically). Never had a company behave like this before. Avoid!

I ordered a Christmas skirt from here as every year l like a new one, l found one on here and ordered it, everything was straight forward and l received the skirt pretty quickly. I tried it on.and it fits perfectly for Xmas Day . It wasnt a cheap skirt. The material is thin but looks lovely, l am pleased with it. They were very helpful in answering very quickly any questions l had. So l recommend them from my good experience
Utter rubbish. Sent from China incomplete (2 boxes instead of 3 .. AND surprise surprise, the enormously heavy marble base that would have cost them £££ to send) didn't arrive and therefore it was a useless £540 lamp. They repeatedly begged me (like automatons) to close my PayPal claim... in return for them completing my order or get refund. This was a lie. They had no intention of completing order or providing a refund. Dishonest. Avoid.
