Reading most of the reviews on BeautifulHalo I can understand why you wouldn’t use them, however I really liked the lights so thought I would give it a go, so pleased I did. Yes the delivery takes a long time, it is a Chinese company but I have to say the Customer service is excellent, they are very responsive and deliver on their commitments. I have placed two orders now and have been very pleased with both, quality is good and they look amazing
Took a long while for delivery, but I received everything I was expecting. I was so worried I had been scammed due to the reviews that had been left on this site, but I did receive my order. Packaging could've been a better for the cost of the product, but it's a lovely decorative piece in my kitchen.
Avoiding all the bad reviews, I ordered some short-tops and jeans from here. They send the products the next day. Products are all perfect.. Like the service at first time purchased. Thanks..
Placed an order at the start of February 2021 (probably bad timing as it clashed with Chinese New Year) I paid for the quicker delivery time, thinking the lights would arrive within the 5-10 days. But no this is after the processing time... so after 10 working days (plus new year) the light were still processing! I then read the reviews and panicked. After emailing them and getting a unhelpful reply telling me they were in process and a large order had come in so shipping would be after that. I emailed again asking when they thought they might ship.?? To which they replied end of March. So I waited as we quite liked the look of the lights. Suddenly I got an email telling me of a tracking number. Finally the lights arrived about 4/5 days after the email. (23rd March) The quality of the lights are good they went up easily and look good. (Hence the 3 stars) Not sure they were worth the wait. (Or where the extra payments for delivery went, they could still be on the boat out of China) But at least I have my items. So if you have ordered like me without reading the reviews. Be patient, raise a Query ticket, check your payment method incase to want a refund. Good luck
Ordered a Tiffany lamp stated would arrive in 35 - 40 days slightly late but probably due to Covid. Product is excellent exactly as described
I order a light and after reading reviews I was worried, and when I realised I would have to pay customs I cancelled the order. I have to say I was super impressed with their customer services and I was refunded immediately. Although I can’t comment on products I can honestly say customer services were extremely efficient and helpful. I never wrote reviews but I think if a company have been super efficient ( which many aren’t) this should be publicised.

I ordered my wall sconces before I read the reviews and I was disturbed by what I read. But I was pleasantly surprised. They took two weeks to process it but, after that they kept me informed every step of the way. The parcel came in a timely manner, it was well wrapped, and in beautiful condition. I am very satisfied.
I ordered and paid for 2 beautiful looking stained glass ceiling lights on 18 January. I have no idea if they've actually been sent or if I will receive them. The tracking numbers I was given appear to be made up. Beautifulhalo just keep telling me to wait. It has delayed work on my new place as I'm waiting for the lights before I can book the electrician to do all the electrical work. I still have no lights at 4 March, and Beautifulhalo refuse to refund. There is a time limit in which I can get back my $175, so I have had to request a chargeback through my bank. The only time I have ever had to do so. The application took several hours. So, after 46 days I am minus $175 and no sign of the lights I ordered. Update 12 March, the chargeback went through, still no sign of lights, suddenly getting heap of emails from beautifulhalo telling me to close the dispute, and more made up tracking, eg. When I check it, they have submitted info to auspost, but no actual parcel. Dodgy. Update 16 March. I received one light. It was boxed securely, undamaged, just like the advertised picture and with Australian compatible electrics. Still waiting for the other light to be delivered so I can book the electrician and if it's in same condition as the first light I will tell my bank to reverse the chargeback. However I will not order from beautifulhalo again. Online is supposed to be (and with good companies, is) convenient. This has not been convenient. The light I received is lovely though. Update 19 March. I received the other light as well and it was as advertised. It is a shame that beautifulhalo promise that you will get your order quickly, then take months, and that there is no proper tracking and limited communication, because the product I eventually got was fine.
Delivery was clear that it was going to take longer than we might normally be used to. It did take a little longer but coming from China in a pandemic I don’t think they can control that. Communication was quick, I emailed a couple of times and received prompt helpful replies. Having read the reviews on here I was a bit worried I’d made a bad choice. I couldn’t have been more wrong - the light is beautiful. Fittings were all quality (husband is a trade and would know). Thank you Beautiful Halo, I love my new light fitting!
I purchased 2 sweaters from this company. I was quite concerned due to the horrible reviews, however, my products were pretty much what I expected. One sweater was a bit short for me but otherwise they were good quality. The shipping took about 2 months but overall I was satisfied with my purchases. Customer service was also quick and polite.
Beautiful lights I ordered lights 31/12/2020.Cost over £250.00 I was worried as they had not shown up. I contacted them .They gave me a tracking number that did not work. Looked on Trust pilot after reading the reviews on here I decided to raise a case with PayPal two days ago. They responded and again said they were in transit. After two months yesterday they have arrived. They are absolutely beautiful quality looked exactly like the picture on the website and they were perfect and not damaged in transit.
I had placed an order and it was taking a while to process. So I decided to raise a ticket to cancel and get a refund. Customer support was nice and fast and my order was refunded quickly.
I actually did not know I was ordering from China. However, shipping was not a long wait. 2 1/2 weeks. I got a killer deal on this chandelier. Normally $700 got it for $400. It was well packaged. You’ll need to have some knowledge about assembling light fixtures if you order from this company. You get a picture but everything is in Chinese. Luckily my husband was able to put it together and I am so happy!
Ordered 2 ceiling lights, tiffany style and tbh didn't realise they were coming from abroad, until later, then I read reviews and my heart sank. But I can honestly say absolutely thrilled. Yes, they took a while to get here, but I was kept informed all along the way. When they arrived, packaging was spot on and no damage. I will definitely order from them again as my experience was excellent.
I ordered some lights and paid over £200..I then read the reviews which did worry me immensely. I should have read these reviews first. Sometimes people write only the bad reviews.. well .... There was no need for the worry! I had an email 2 days after ordering from customer services, advising me that my lights were not in stock.. They apologised profusely. Beautiful Hali asked if I would like to wait and get 5% back or have a full refund? I choose to wait and true enough they sent me 5% back within 24 hours. 2 days later I changed my mind.. I emailed beautiful halo, I didn’t want to wait 8 more weeks. They replied within 2 hours and a full refund was given. Which I received 3 days later. The other lights are on its way, although still waiting.. it’s only been 10 days from ordering.. I will write a review on them. Excellent service, better than all other services I have ever used. Ordered a chandelier to which I changed my mind as I thought it would not quite work with my decor. I message customer service replied straight away and they refunded me the full amount. Great customer and understanding.
I just ordered a winter jacket from this company not knowing how bad the reviews are! YIKES! I instantly requested a refund for the jacket. I got a quick response so far, but I will have to monitor my bank account now to see if they do refund the $99.00 I paid. Wow, lesson learned, check the reviews FIRST!!
