Decent enough. Actually very pleased. Not the nightmare the reviews would lead you to think.
I’ve got to say, I did a slightly drunk order on a Facebook add and instantly regretted it after reading the reviews the following day. However, I have to say, my cardigan which I ordered arrived, fits perfectly and is decent enough quality for the price. I’d even go as far as to say I’m quite chuffed with it. It did take a month to arrive and also the thread on some of the buttons was loose, so I had to restitch them. But overall, price to quality expectation, definitely not the nightmare I expected reading these reviews and I am genuinely pleased with my purchase. Also, I live on a fairly obscure Island and was contacted within a day to make sure my address was correct, so again, very decent service in that respect.
The ceiling light which I purchased from Beautifulhalo took 2 months to arrive. When it finally arrived the goods were of good quality and works and looks great. If you have time to wait, put up with tracking and communication chaos, then in the end you could be like me and end up with a good product for your money.
But before you part with your money read the reviews. I will not use them again or dream of recommending Beautifulhalo.
Ordered a bape hoodie, warm, heavy material, sized correctly. Happy with order. Package came quickly to West Coast from manufacturer, but sat in warehouse in LA for 2 months!

I bought a chandelier for my heritage Sydney house. $360 delivered. Yes, it takes 2.5 months to be delivered from China by ship. But, it arrived as described and the same here in OZ woulda set me back $900+ at Beacon. I bought with PayPal, so I was ready for the worst based on these Trustpilot reports. It wasn’t needed. I can’t speak for other people’s experiences; I will be buying again (via PayPal). I’d post a pic but I don’t know how to!
Update lights have finally arrived and are actually fabulous

Ordered a pea coat actually 2 , one arrived before the other and the other one arrived a week later even though they were ordered together the delivery time is absolutely soooo long. They said 5-15 days however the items came almost 20 days after the order. The delivery dates are no were near accurate however the coats are of pretty good quality and look just like the pictures. The sizes are not normal so if you order just make sure u check the measurements and then measure your self most likely you will need to get 1 size up.
Bought a hoodie from them, arrived within 2 weeks but the sizes are well under, even based on their size guide listed on the item. Seems decent quality, not that usual shiny nylon, so will have to lose some weight before i wear it 😂
I ordered a Tiffany light and after seeing these reviews of broken or never received items, I tried to cancel it within 24 hours but being the weekend they shipped it anyway. I was so worried I wouldn’t receive it, tracking it showed only in transit. Low and behold, just as I was about to file a report after 21 working days, I checked tracking and it was going to be delivered the next day. Yay, it arrived all in one piece. 👍
To all the people complaining about how long it takes for items to arrive. You need to understand that they are based in China. And it typically takes items around a month to go from China to the US. I got my hoodie in a little over a month and I was perfectly happy with it. I'm sure there are much better buying options out there, however.
I recently ordered 3 lights from BeautifulHalo. The lights took a while to arrive ~ 2 months, and this may very well have been due to the pandemic, and flights from China being canceled. Anyway I kept in touch with customer support, who kept me posted about the progress of shipping, which was of course slow. But my patience paid off, and I am so happy with the lights I ordered: they are beautiful, and the craftsmanship is first rate!
I can see here that there are many negative reviews about this company, and it is unfortunate. But I do want to emphasize that, as far as the "imitation" Tiffany lights are concerned, you would be getting a great deal from them, as the lights are well made, attractive, and fun!
Five star Shiiiieeet Service and Product. Another burned one here. It’s a strait up scam.
Make sure you never use PayPal for website companies, as they will work the system better than you can.
By the time you realize what’s happened it’ll be too late.

Ordered 2 wall lights before I read the reviews, thought I never see them and had thrown money down the drain. To my surprise they turned up in excellent condition after four months. So be wary of the lengthy delivery time, but don’t give up!
Some people are sadly stupid and don't know that this shop is from China. Without covid deliver is always 1-3 months all belong to where you are from (the longer distance you must wait longer for deliver) About this shop hmm in the general this shop is just fine I saw many similar shops from china/japan and all of them are the same. You must wait for deliver 1-3 months, Quality is fine, sometimes size of clothes is a little different but it's also normally because this shop is from china (I recommend buying one size bigger clothes) Design of their clothes is very epic and the price is very low + deliver is free so think a little before you buy something next time. Most of bad reviews are only because people are stupid and that's all. For me, it's a normal classic shop with anime clothes from china/japan with epic designs.
(It isn't a scam because you can get your money back very easy)
I ordered the spiderman sweater from here at the beginning of MAY, i have an account with them, they left me no email and no status or tracking of my order
I did recieve it today August 4, 2020.. 4 months for a thin okay sweater... i understand theres a delay due to covid but WISH doesnt even take that long.. but at least it came right? I do like the sweater but i probably wont be ordering from them again
