Not so brilliant on the delivery schedule, 5-10 business days equates to the best part of 4 weeks but my t-shirts came today. Seem like nice quality so I’m happy and pleased I haven’t had to raise refund requests through PayPal. Just waiting on a coat now which seems to have been shipped quicker since I contacted the company.
I would be dubious of spending anything more than £50 with them but I’m sure most companies are struggling through this pandemic.
Maybe beautifulhalo should change their delivery times to be honest with customers.
I purchased 3 lights from beautifulhalo in two seperate transactions. I was a little worried when I looked up their reviews after my purchase and their tracking site did not show anything BUT:
1. I created a ticket and they were very responsive
2. They gave me another site that let me track the packaged.
3. The lights all arrived within 6 weeks - a little longer then expected but not bad.
Overall I was very happy with their service.
I ordered a hoodie yes it takes 1-2 months to arrive because it’s from China but it’s still worth it, make sure you order a XL though because Chinese sizes are much smaller I wouldn’t order a light or anything valuable because it could break in the shipping but other than that pretty good company and if you wanna return anything don’t bother they won’t reply so make sure you think twice about what you order and the sizes.
UK customer buying MARVEL merch:
I placed my order on the 23rd June - I sadly didn't do my usual due diligence on this website because I saw it was affiliated with a YouTuber and didn't realise it wasn't a true collaboration on merch. I also didn't really read the website properly, because I am dumb apparently, and I thought it was America-based. I didn't realise it was China until afterwards, which I know takes ages to arrive with stupid sizing.
I have though given it three stars as I wasn't entirely unhappy with the clothes - I've written my experience below in case it helps anyone else. I think you do better with clothes on there as a lot of people seem to have issues with lamps. I wouldn't order from them again, I only ordered due to heavy discounts and I couldn't find the designs elsewhere.
My order was shipped on day 10, having been given free delivery and shipped within 15 days. I ordered seven items and at the time it specified on the website that all items are shipped individually to allow for ease of getting to me. I had four tracking numbers on my account so I was concerned as it stated 'All shipped' with just four tracking numbers, so I wonder where the other three items were. None of the tracking numbers worked, even after a two weeks, despite the website claiming it will be up and running in 1-2 days. So, I waited. In that time I made the realisation my items were coming from China and would take forever, plus I saw all the TERRIBLE reviews on here.
My four parcels arrived on the 23rd July, all in all taking one month to get to me total - what I expect from China-based products tbh. However, I was missing three items as I suspected I would be given the 'shipped individually' statement. I submitted a ticket which their website says is how to discuss issues, it stated a 1-day reply, however there was no reply after five days. I spoke to their customer chat service tonight and all got was automated responses but they basically sent me a tracking number and were like 'item on it's way'. Any time I tried to explain that I didn't believe it was on its way and I'd just like a refund I got an automated response saying 'due to COVID-19 our shipping is taking longer'. Felt like I was banging my head against a brick wall. This new tracking number miraculously worked straight away and despite the other numbers not working until they arrived at Yodel, this one seemed to strangely work. I believe that this has JUST been created and it will take another 20 days or so to arrive as they didn't want to give me a refund. It's quite annoying as the sizing is awful and I'd prefer the refund but all they care about is the money don't they.
Overall though, while my experience has just been rubbish in regards to what I believe is a complete lie about shipping, the clothes are OK. They are incredibly small. I ordered three t-shirts, a pair of 'loose jogging bottoms', a jumper/jogger set, and two other jumpers. I like them to be big and oversized, and while they fit they are snug. I ordered either 2XL or 3XL and they fit as a large I'd say. I'm a big girl but usually 3XL would be quite baggy on me. Thankfully, I'm losing weight so they'll fit in a month or two, but it is annoying. Also, the material of one of the t-shirts is supposedly cotton but it is either a poly-cotton blend or just polyester, there is no label inside though to tell me that and the image on the website is clearly a cotton t-shirt. The 'loose joggers' are not loose or even joggers at all, they're basically shiny leggings. The jumper/jogger set is OK, just smaller than I'd like. The other t-shirt, which is actually cotton, is perfect, just small - I don't understand why the first t-shirt is not cotton like this one, they clearly have access to the correct t-shirt material but why make it easy on the customer, aye?
I suspect that I'll receive the other three items in 20 days as I don't believe for a second they were all shipped at the same time given the account information. Their website has since changed to say 'some items are shipped individually' which I found INCREDIBLY STRANGE.
Summary:
- 10 days to ship from order placed
- 3 weeks to arrive in the UK from shipped date
- Only received four of seven items
- Customer service would not refund, claimed other items on the way (blamed COVID)
- Clothes too small - size up by 2/3 sizes if you don't like tight clothes (2XL is more a L)
- MARVEL design are true to website image although material may not be correct

I ordered on the 18th of June and it came on July 23rd even though it took time to come however the quality of the clothing is really nice and is worth the wait.

I am only giving 5 stars because it is important that you read this... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I deeply regret my purchase from here and I want to warn you about this company and my awful experience with them. I ordered up to £500 worth of light fixtures, after making my order I decided to check out the reviews and was in total shock because almost every review if not all of them had the same issues. I have never come across a company with such poor ratings. I started panicking and checked their customer policy, I realised that i am entitled to a full refund if I request to cancel my order within 24 hours. I emailed them multiple times and created ‘tickets’ on their website to cancel my order an hour after making the purchase. They got back to me after a day or two and refused to cancel my order. I opened a case on Paypal immediately and each time i emailed the company back they kept telling me to close my case or else they cannot send me a refund, this is a LIE. They absolutely can give you a refund with a dispute case being open. I told them i will not close my case, for up to two months this went back and forth, i was very clear with them as I repeatedly told them I will not close my case on Paypal because they can refund me and that I do not want my order. They told me that if I dont close my case they will go through with my order and keep my money. They refused to reply through Paypal and kept threatening me and lying to me through emails. Over a month later they tried to offer me a partial refund through Paypal and keep up to £200 of my money, despite the fact that they never provided me with any services and constantly told me that it was simply impossible for them to refund me with my case being open on Paypal. It is very clear that they would try anything to keep my money including threatening me, lying to me and misleading me. If i had closed my case on Paypal I am 100% certain I would not have got my money back. It is so appalling how dishonest this company is, that Paypal case was the only sense of security I had in knowing that they will not get my money. I cannot begin to explain how much grief and stress this has caused me. Just yesterday, after two months of making an order I received my full refund via Paypal. What a nightmare to get here! I normally don’t write reviews on company’s but with this extraordinary experience I have been through I felt it was important to warn everyone about them. So, if you have placed an order with them do yourself a favour and CANCEL IT NOW! Open a dispute case with Paypal and get your money back! DO NOT close your dispute case with Paypal! If you are thinking of ordering from here DON’T! I hope this helps someone else.
I ordered a light fitting from BeautifulHalo during the 2020 Covid19 Pandemic. Their communication is extremely poor, and after weeks of no information I started reading a lot of very bad reviews about them, and began to draw the conclusion I'd been scammed. I did engage with their staff on chat, but they weren't really very helpful. Basically I was told to wait.
As I passed the 6 week line I started a Paypal dispute with them, and the next day the light arrived (presumably coincidence). The item works and arrived in good condition, although I'm not sure the build quality warrants the price.
BeautifulHalo is a Chinese company, and I have to admit that the Covid19 pandemic has hit delivery times, so there's some excuse there. However, I really did find comms with then extremely poor. If you want piece of mind, I'm not sure I can really recommend the company.
I ordered a hoodie from this website and even though it took a VERY long time, it did eventually show up. The sizing was right and honestly it's my new favorite hoodie. I wouldn't purchase from this store if you want something quickly or the best quality, however if you are able to wait, I would say go for it.
Bought a light, it did take a long time to arrive but was exactly what was described, exceptional value and im very happy. Will but again as happy to wait for a great deal.
That’s placed an order from beautifulhalo for a light 8 weeks ago now, after chasing up and thinking id lost 136 pounds after reading these comments my light arrived today!! It’s perfect exactly what I ordered and I’m in love! I actually apologise to the company after the abuse I gave thinking they was a scam. I am yet to use the actual lighting fixture as I’ve read they don’t meet to the uk standard and with kids in the house Hut I’m usuing an Argos fixture and honestly it’s all fine! So happy thank you x
Ordered two wall sconces. I am located in Northeast US. Did not realize company was shipping from Hong Kong. Read some of the reviews here and got nervous. However, received items today. Delivery took about 5-6 weeks. Packaged well. Nice items.
I must say after I placed order and looked at these reviews I was disheartened I contacted PayPal and put in a dispute, but the company sent tracking straight away I’m in uk, I received item but it took 3 weeks which I’m not worried about as it is in China. My jacket was great and I’m very pleased I’ve closed the dispute and thought the company deserved my good feedback. So dnt be put off just pay with PayPal and any problem can be sorted.
I’ve read many negative coments regarding Beautifulhalo and I was concerned that it might be a scam and I lost £670. My order was placed on 10/06/2020 and today, 04/07/2020 I’ve received it from Yodel. The quality of the clothes is ok comparing with LovelyWholesale when last time I received some pants cracked already between legs :) with this Covid I think they didn’t had enough time to finish the pants. If you order from Beautifulhalo (logo that has a girl pic between words)..from my experience I can say it’s ok. The quality is not Gucci but still...reasonable for couples of pounds..hopefully nothing will crack while going out with the new outfits :) so, good luck with your shoppings.
I read all those reviews. I ordered on May 29 2020. I argued with them several times. They finally shipped it out.. well first day after I ordered I saw Chinese language I said oh dear I hurried cancel it they asked me why cancel I told them it is from China I can't accept reason of Coronavirus caused by China and their sizes might not fit me... so they offer me have discount.. so all I wait for my orders. I want it today before I go on my trip on July 5. It will be too late.. after that I will not buy from them again.. I should read reviews before order. Damn..
Ordered a rather unusual light just before “lockdown”, and to be fair the estimated delivery date was I seem to recall “June”.
After 10 weeks I got a little nervous, so googled reviews and to be honest my heart sank when I read so many reviews saying it “was a scam”.
However, I logged in to their site, where they have a “chat” site, quoted my number and within seconds I had a very courteous reply linking me to a Tracking Site.
Whilst it took several attempts to log on, when I did so I saw no news except the name of the carrier, and when I contacted them I got a very quick reply that “the order was in but the package still on the way from China”.
Coincidentally, without notice or warning my package arrived yesterday, all in order, and I’m rather pleased with it!!
So whilst certainly not “a scam site”, and whilst their notifications don’t work very well, I wouldn’t put anyone not in a hurry off buying lighting.
Do NOT order from this sight. I ordered something and months later, I did not recieve it. I contacted customer service multiple times and was given excuse after excuse as to why I haven't received the item. I requested a cancellation and refund and they just told me to wait. I have sense contacted the BBB as well as ecommerce and any organization that handles fraudulent businesses. *edit... I'm only editing this review and adding one star because I originally said they stole my money. My package finally came. I still will not order anything else from them. It took forever and the customer service was horrible.
I waited awhile yes..but after 2 months almost I received an update from FedEx telling me my package was in the United States. After that I received my order in a few days. So I ordered this originally on April 10th and it shipped out on the 24th received it today on June 16..now to the important part..was it everything I paid for?? Absolutely!!! Ecstatic with my purchase which is a 3D hoodie😁😎😊
