After reading other people’s reviews on the site, I decided to cancel my order. What I did was I emailed (like they said) and it took 6 emails back and forth before they finally cancelled my order. Even after that they still said “wait 2-7 days” to cancel an ORDER! Like all you have to do is press a button and it can be shipped back to your factory basically. Would not recommend just got to Amazon.
This company ships from China so you will not get it quickly.This is not stated clearly on website. I emailed a couple times to check on whether I would get item by xmas, no response. I finally got it new years eve, 3 weeks after ordering. If I would have been aware of this before ordering, it would have been a lot less stressful.
I ordered a light fixture that was perfect for our needs. I had not checked the reviews until after ordering. I became very concerned after reading the reviews. My actual experience was mostly positive. Shipping was slow with quite a gap in the tracking of my order. I did however receive just what I ordered, it was in good condition and worked beautifully for us. Happy with my purchase.
I have just had a great experience with Beautiful Halo, I ordered the wrong lamp by mistake, I contacted them, they changed the order but unfortunately could not supply the lamp I wanted. They have refunded my money immediately without question. The person I dealt with was Vecchio most delightful sales person. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Got the shirt I ordered. It was fine. But you'll want to plan on 45 days' delivery and wash garment immediately upon receipt.
Beautiful, high quality products delivered within specified delivery window. I am extremely happy with the two light fittings I bought from Beautiful Halo. They are of excellent quality and fit and wonderfully within my kitchen above the breakfast bar. Seeing the earlier reviews posted on Trust Pilot about the company, I must admit I was rather worried about the legitimacy of it and whether my items had even been posted. Nevertheless, despite my concerns, both lights were delivered within the three week time slot advised on the website. They look absolutely first class once fitted and I would highly recommend them to other prospective customers.
Update : my order will be here Monday! I ordered a hoodie. Shipping was fast I ordered 11/8 it’ll be here on 11/18 . So that’s awesome hope the material of the hoodie is worth it ! But only paid 21$ so pretty sweet if it looks like in the picture!!
Bought an pendant Tiffany style ceiling lamp for the bathroom before I had seen the numerous bad reviews. Extremely apprehensive that I'd been conned, even more convinced of this when the tracking number given did not appear to work. However, received the package within 3 weeks of ordering. Components all there and undamaged, packed in moulded polystyrene and bubble wrap. Quality better than expected and I am very pleased with the purchase. I would buy from them again.
Ok... so I ordered a chandelier, it arrived 18 days late! I did have to have an electrician do the installation. He admitted it wasn’t easy! Plus to date, our electrician has not been able to hook up a dimmer for it. I do love the look and it came in good shape and works!!
Many people are writing bad reviews about BeautifulHalo but I have faith that they are not scammers and liars. I ordered two sweaters on Friday that I really like so I really hope that they are being truthful. Please BeautifulHalo don't be another scam company.
Seriously the worst service I've ever had.Paid for a dress 3 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping and got it yesterday.Online customer service was shocking,not a single person can speak English which only leads me to believe that they aren't interested in giving you any sort of excellence in customer service. I persistently ask for my money back for the shipping and keep being told they can only give me £2.00 back.Steer well clear of these time bandits because that's exactly what they're stealing from you,your time and your money. I will be seeking legal advice because I feel like I'm being treated like a mug. They don't deserve to be able to trade online,they are useless.

Have 3 stars because I received my item and it looks as pictured. I was concerned after seeing “processing” for a week on the website to review your order so I looked up reviews. I was even more concerned after reading all of the terrible reviews. I contacted “customer service” through their website to cancel since it still hadn’t shipped in a week, and was told I would get an email the next day which never happened. The next day I did see that it finally shipped. I don’t know if I just got lucky because I used my paypal account but I can definitely see the lack of customer service that other reviewers have pointed out. I probably won’t order from there again simply because there’s no one to contact if you have an issue.
I checked out the reviews here before buying and had very low expectations, but figured if PayPal was still prepared to provide API access it couldn't be a complete scam. However they had a particular ratan pendant light I really wanted so I bought it anyway. And... it turned up in about two weeks. Quality is ok. Some scuffing. Generally as described. Their site is full of false claims (e.g. they say they use FedEx, they actually use China Post. They say they do "exquisite packaging", there was actually no padding or protection other than the shipping box itself). So I understand the bad reviews, but the product is actually ok and fair value.
I found everything okay I will buy here more stuff.
I ordered lighting before I read the reviews, and was quite apprehensive about receiving my order. But with all due respect to Beautifulhalo I have received my order with in two weeks, and I am very pleased with this item, The only complaint I have is that I think it’s quite overpriced for what it is. All in all a very happy customer.
I don't know about any of you, but I'm pretty satisfied with what I received. There are many Negative reviews about this website, claiming they received their package very late, or never got it at all. I got mine in less than a month. If you guys did your research, you should've known this company is in china, meaning that it shipping to the US would've taken awhile, not a week. The only problem I have with this website is the support. Nothing else to say about this website. (And no, I'm not a bot, i'm just simply showing my gratitude to this website). My Honest Review.
Tbh from all those bad reviews I am kinda scared it wont arrive in time, and I ordered a few clothing and I really hope the shipping isn't a month or longer, and I paid for protection so I hope they come good and the size I ordered. Its my first time ordering and so far its good and they answering me fairly well fast like 1 or 2 business days as hey said they would. So I hope I won't receive a bad service and Ill update and definitely give more then one comment of 5 reviews if this comes in time before July 28 when I'm gonna be moving and all and what I ordered and in good shape.
I ordered a light fixture for my foyer. I ordered it on 6/23/19. Checked with the FedEx tracking and all it states is that a label has been created. I believe it is coming from California. I would never use this company again. I doubt I’ll ever see the fixture. Zero stars!!
After having placed my order and then reading reviews I was rather surprised that the light I ordered on the 22nd of June turned up today. It was only a cheap fitting, £18 plus £14 shipping and seems to be decent for the price. Being a simple pendant style fitting it is hard for them to mess up. Parcel tracking didn't work, so I was in the dark as to when it would arrive. My guess is they are incompetent, severely understaffed and have terrible customer service. I will avoid in future for any expensive items at least.
