I ordered a rocket shaped ceiling light for my toddler. The light arrived on time and seems to be in good working order.
On the online photo the light was about twice the size of a baby’s cot and an armchair in the same room so I assumed that it would be big. In reality it is only 60cm long so when up looks nothing like the photo. It is my fault for not checking the measurements in the description, which I have to admit are accurate, but the photo must have literally been taken in a doll’s house or been photoshopped, I wish I could post pictures on here to show how misleading it was!
Not a bad experience but definitely false advertising
I read the reviews on this website right after I placed an order for a hoodie. The overwhelming amount of bad reviews actually convinced me it was never going to come and I was scammed. It just arrived today in perfect shape, and it also fits me perfectly!
The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that it took a really long time to reach me. It would make sense if I lived in the US, but I'm in Hong Kong right across the border.
My son ordered something and afterwards we read the bad reviews and got very upset! Almost everyone had some bad experience. We had no hope of a good end...but luckily for us it all went well!! It only took longer than expected. A little bit over a month. But nevertheless we are satisfied. P.s we are from a country in South America.
I was fearful the bedside lights I ordered would not arrive due to bad reviews, but they did arrive and I love them! Couldn’t find anything so nice like these elsewhere and such a good price too.
I take back what I said last night. My package arrived 11 hours after I said it sucked. But after 3 weeks of waiting it came. I love the sweater, including my mom and dad aswell. Thx although try to make the shipping faster. Keep up the good work.
Bought two sets of lights, closed my eyes seeing the boxes looked like that we're used has football's. inside no better, how thay survived is a miracle. dragon fly a ok so far , one of my parrots has a broken tail still waiting for red to turn up no instructions on how to wire up you would think they would send something with the lights nope close my eye's and hope for the best.

It does take time to get here.
Supposed to be military style,that would mean durable and warm.

This company is just what you’d expect from a Chinese outlet. Whilst I’ve only ever bought clothes I’ve always used the “buy a size up” rule for Asian websites and it’s been fine. Quality matches price. Whilst they don’t operate to western standards they aren’t untrustworthy.

I've ordered several items from this shop and have to say that I am quite satisfied. I haven't heard any comments or reviews on this shop before I made my first order so I just thought I give it a go.
The sizes are indeed very different from what I am used to, (for instance, I had to buy an 3XL sweater, normally I wear an L), but to be fair, there's a size chart where all sizes are listed very precisely, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find a size that fits you - just go by the measurements.
The only thing that bugged me is, that you often read it's "cotton", but in fact it's a polyester-cotton mix (which is quite different from real cotton), and it's not mentionded anywhere. Worse than that, the photos do not match the actual item - sometimes there's a second photo which shows the item you get in the end, with the right fabric (for example there's a photo of a cotton-shirt, but what you get is a polyester one, and that's quite a difference).
I figured that almost every item is made of "cheaper" material and I always assume it's a polyester mix, regardless of what's discribed, and so I know what I'll get and am not surprised anymore - I just imagine every item and think wheter I would also buy it if it's polyester or not.
The reason why I still order there - despite this "russian roulette" style of ordering - is simply the cheap prize of the products and the very fast shipping, also that I haven't made any bad experiences so far. I really like the things I ordered, they fit, they look good, the fabric is ok (in quality), think it's fine.

After reading the online reviews (stupidly only after already making my purchase), I was really dreading what would come in the mail lol.
The package arrived in a month which is acceptable and to be expected (in my experience, even if the company states it will take 1-2 weeks, it's usually approx. a month when it's shipped from China).
However, before the package was even delivered to me, the company had sent me an e-mail (written in amusingly broken English so I might've misunderstood) stating I should pick it up asap or there would be consequences (not the exact wording, but that was basically it), and that I should confirm recieving the package, which I don't find really necessary, I mean if it's delivered, it's done, I might write a review, maybe order something again, but considering I haven't complained or contacted them about my order, I don't think I'm obliged to contact them again.
I ordered two dresses and recieved the right colour and size (S) as well. At least it is marked as an S, but I'd say it's an XS, maybe even XXS in European standards. I'm quite slim and the fabric is rather stretchy, so I can fit into them without any problems and I can roll the sleeves up, they are however so short (I'm not that tall either, I'm about 168 cm/5'6'') I could in no way wear them as dresses without looking like a thot (excuse my French), I can get away with wearing them as shirts though. The quality is obviously not great but it's not that hideous either, it's not well sewn, you cannot tell at first sight though so (hopefully) I can wear them without worrying about everybody knowing I shop from cheap Chinese websites. And I was pleasantly suprised by the softness of the material.
Overall, I'd recommend them but be mindful that you get what you pay for and don't expect too much. Don't buy investment pieces like coats or jackets, shoes or bags, only stuff you can eventually give away or alter somehow (I'd imagine returning the items or even communicating with the customer service is going to be difficult due to the language barrier). And remember that unless you're Asian, your regular size will be most probably too small for you.

My partner ordered us the Edison Chandelier from Beautiful Halo and after waiting 2 weeks with no order update, I checked Beautiful Halo out online. Reading through these reviews I was sure that this was a scam and the light would never arrive so I totally wrote it off. I wanted to try and get my money back but after reading some of the comments on here I knew that was a long shot and I was pretty annoyed.
However, a few weeks later the light arrived - exactly as it looked in the photo and really good quality. Although the delivery took it's time, (it was coming from China after all) I was really pleased with the quality of the light so wanted to write a good review in case anyone else was worried about their order not arriving.

I have order from this company didnt realize all items were from china... I order 8 items 1 of them were out of stock they refund the money to my credit card that took 3 days but money was there one of the items that I seen online that I purchase look totally different when I received it in the mail that was fake advertisement so that made me upset but overall you get what you pay for if you are buying dresses online from china (this company in particular)just know that the material is going to be very cheap and thin the reason why i gave them a 4 star is because they refunded me the money for the missing item. Oh and the packageing was very cheap and took 1 month and 2weeks to get to Texas. Not a bad review just the truth... Angelica T.
