So I ordered from beautiful halo almost 6 months ago , the skirt just arrived yesterday morning (June 10th) in perfect condition no weird smell , and fit perfectly . So i don’t know if beautiful halo is a scam or not just watch what you buy please. The skirt was 18$
Ordered the 7 spoke Sputnik Flush Mount Ceiling LED Light on March 15th. After a couple of weeks of nothing I got anxious and contacted the company to enquire where my light was. At the same time I checked the reviews and thought "Well, that's £225 I'm never going to see again" as all the reviews were screaming "scam". However another month passed and the light arrived. I installed the light a couple of weeks ago. It looks as fantastic as I'd hoped and to date it is working perfectly. Dispatch time was awful, customer support was awful, but ultimately I am very happy (and lucky), because my order arrived and it is amazing.
My daughter was so happy with her purchase, we weren't sure with all the restrictions if it could still come but it did and the tracking number worked
I ordered a light (Rose Gold 108 Light Branch LED Chandelier) in January; it just arrived (May). It doesn't have any instructions - either for how to shorten the drop, which it says is adjustable - or for installation, and the wiring colours are different from UK standard (there is a white and a black plus the earth/green). The shades were listed as being glass, but are actually opaque plastic. Its an attractive light though, and it did arrive- albeit after a lengthy wait.
I also wish I'd checked this out beforehand. I ordered a blouse on the 2nd April. I haven't received anything. I've just been in touch and been told it's been shipped and I need to wait. They gave me a tracking number which doesn't exist, they said I need to wait a couple of days then check again. I've asked for a refund if nothing arrives by 13th May. No reply as of yet.
Please be advised that I only made this a 5 so that I can be seen. This is the worst company to try and work with. They took my son's money and never sent our package. Everytime time I try to call about my package they tell me it's on the way. However they give me a tracking number that doesn't exist with UPS. when they're confronted with that they told me wait longer. Do not spend your money here. I did this twice for my son cuz he really wanted the clothes and he was spending his own money. So now they ripped a twelve-year-old off. DO NOT use this company find your clothes somewhere else. Ups told me the tracking number never existed.
I've been waiting 52 days for my 2 hoodies..but we all have to remember beautiful halo is based out of China and with the COVID-19 shutting down almost everything its hard for packages to be transported especially when they aren't essential items.. so when I recieve myproducts I will give an honest and updated review..
I had ordered three stained glass lamps from Beautiful Halo in early December 2019 and subsequently discovered their terrible reviews so really sweated out the wait, but they arrived intact, well-packed and just as pretty as the pictures, so I gave a good review. I really like the lamps and wanted a bigger one; saw they offered a larger one in the same style. Based on my positive experience receiving the first three lamps, I took a giant leap of faith and ordered one more stained glass lamp in that style. Then Covid-19 struck and I figured Well, that's it, we won't be seeing that any time soon if at all, given it's being made in and shipped from China. But, lo and behold, it did indeed arrive, also about a month later, and was just what I was hoping for. So, to be honest my experience has been very positive. Pls read entire review!! If I would have read the reviews here I never would have ordered from beautiful halo.... HOWEVER!!! I did order from them and I am very glad I did. The shipping did take a very long time (from China to US by boat) I kept in contact with their customer service the whole time and they responded to my every annoying question promptly and politely. When I recievied pkgs they were slightly damaged and a few corners on my lights were damaged, again their customer service took care of it ASAP and sent me out new corners to replace the broken ones. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY with their customer service and my light fixtures. Thank you so much Beautiful Halo and I will definitely order from u again.
I was very nervous after having paid for our 2 light shades and then seeing the reviews on TrustPilot. I ordered them to the UK, and they were processed and shipped within a couple of days. The items finally arrived 2.5 weeks after ordering, which was a lot less than we were expecting! I would have actually given 5*, however, there wasn't a clear update on the shipping website. It even says now the product hasn't been received at DPD. But, we have them, they are hung up, and they look beautiful! In perfect condition.
Still waiting on my items after 2 weeks. Paid for expedited 4-5 day delivery and order still says it's processing. Waiting to see the company's response to my email. Probably will be the same automated response all of you had received. Very disappointed. Had I known the company was in China I never would have ordered.
I read the reviews and was mentally prepared to be disappointed when I ordered several light fixtures. Shipping was very slow (about six weeks), but other than that I was pleasantly surprised. Light fixtures arrived safely and work well. I was happy enough that I rolled the dice and ordered five more. Four of the five arrived in about four weeks. When I reached out to customer service about the fifth they responded right away and said it was unavailable but sent a very similar replacement. The expedited shipping and it arrived in just under two weeks. I just wanted to put this out there. Looks like there are some angry customers, but I have had two good experiences with this company.
OK,I never would have guessed that I would give this review. I found these terrible reviews AFTER I ordered three "Tiffany" stained-glass lamps and then spent a month fretting and feeling like a dummy, sure I had also been scammed. I even started proceedings with my bank for fraud - about 2 weeks after ordering. I wanted to call off the order. But we decided to wait awhile before proceeding. Then they arrived. One week two arrived in a box. The next week the third arrived. East coast USA, exactly one month after ordering. They are in good shape and were well packed, and look just like the picture ("nautical style"). They are just what I wanted. So I called the bank and said, Never mind, they actually arrived (now feeling sheepish for the opposite reason). So there you go. Go figure. I am very sorry others had a terrible experience and I can't explain why it worked out great for me. Best of luck out there.
I ordered a dress shirt for my husband who has really long arms so I wasn't sure how it would work out ordering an XXL. Although it arrived one month after I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly like the picture and fit my husband perfectly. It's now my favourite shirt on him!
BeautifulHalo.com Is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with shopping online. I ordered 2 T-shirts December 14th 2019 and as of writing this review It is January 5th 2020. I have wrote them via Ticket and Support Email and they seem to want to help and say things to reassure you but weeks later nothing gets resolved. In my case both support and ticket help said both my t-shirts (paid as 1 order) was confirmed as paid but the system still shows 1 of the shirts as pending and the other shirt as processing which makes no sense but they both told me that my order for both shirts were shipped December 24th 2019. I contacted ticket support January 5th 2020 to see If I could get a tracking number for the order and the same person who said my order was good to go earlier told me they hadn't been paid for. In addition to this the amount of screenshots and bank statements mean nothing to these people, also the order cannot be canceled on the website because one of the t-shirts shows "Processing" which means it's already been shipped supposedly but the other t-shirt is still pending. I will not be getting my money back but for the love of god don't order from this company and learn from my mistake. Save yourself from the amount of frustration that I had to go through. I apologize for such a long review but people need to know about this company. Update: 2 Stars up from 1. I received one of my shirts that I bought for a friend. The sizes aren't correct in the sense that I bought a 4XL and It came in 4XL but it wears like a size 3XL-Wide. But I added a star because The material and Look of the shirt was spot on. I will update the review again once I get my other purchase which was suppose to come together.
Ok. So bought a $287 dollar light from beautiful halo before I read these reviews. I was so so nervous and I hadn’t received any notification that my order was sent after 7 days of payment. So I messaged them directly and was advised it was still “processing”. I started to sweat a little and these horrible reviews did not help. I emailed them and got a broken English response that it was on the way and to “relax and feel calm”. So without any other choice I did just that. 12 days after purchasing this, the status changed to “shipped”. I emailed asking for tracking number. It was not found on the site it sent me to. Sweating bullets again that I got jipped, I decided to stay calm and just count this as a possible scam and a lesson learned. To my surprise. The light showed up on my doorstep! The box was definitely beat up..but the light was packed so well that it was intact and looks great. Definitely what I was expecting. Now. Have an electrician coming over this week to put it up. Hopefully it turns on. I am pleased with the complete transaction. Took one star off for weird communication and customer service. Other than that good experience. NOTE TO BH: Fix your correspondence and give realistic turn around times and your reviews will be more positive. No one likes being left in the dark hoping their purchase gets delivered.
I ordered a chandelier on this website because was exactly what I want and much cheaper than everywhere else! After a month I didn’t receive it yet! So i sent them email and quickly they answered me that it’s on the way and our electronic system haven’t updated with the tracking number.you can check it a few days later!! Then i checked the reviews about this website and %90 were unsatisfied, i got stressed that i wasted $500 and I purchased before i read the reviews!!! I was really upset that why i did that!! So i sent them a message and request for the refund!! They were very polite and asked me to wait more and were sorry for delay! But i didn’t care and i request a paypal dispute! After a week I received my item exactly same as what i wanted, very nice and beautiful and same size! But just they didn’t send me the fabric cover for cord(as I requested).But everything else was in a good condition and im very satisfied! We ordered the perfect lamp at a reasonable price. It arrived within around 6 weeks which is what I expected and is absolutely lovely. The only thing I would say is it is covered with some sort of oil. Easily cleaned off, and I’m not sure if this was deliberately done or accidental. It didn’t matter and made no difference to the product. Would recommend for the more unusual items. Thank you Beautifulhalo.
My experience only. They were slow, item purchased on 1 December which arrived 28 December, but item arrived in excellent condition and tracking was accurate. Customer service was responsive but abrupt.
