Bought two pendant lights, absolute rubbish, poor quality, smaller than expected, spoke to customer service, offered 40% refund, never got it, do not use this company under any circumstances Buyers beware you will be ripped off.
Tottally CRAP Firm based in China, they sent me a torn item. And then refused to pay for the shiping fee to return the item. And now are flopping around givin me a refund.
I wouldn’t even rate them one one star if a could this whole website needs shutting down blatantly robbing off the vulnerable i orders I jacket spent over £30 on it then I got and email saying it’s not in stock but did not update the website to say it not in stock so still let me order it when it’s not in stock then offer me a 5% discount 🤣do not order from here this whole website is soon to be shutdown off all platforms
this company should be shut down. They sell very poor quality products that take very long to be delivered. I would not recommend anyone to throw their money on this company.

Shocking customer service. Waited 5 weeks for a £700 light to arrive. After 2 weeks of emails they finally decided it had been returned to them. I raised a case with PayPal and the money was back in my account in 24 hours.
Major red flags, firstly their newsletter sign up didn’t work(I never received a newsletter or a 30% off voucher) then I contacted customer services who gave me a code for 5% off which didn’t work. When I contacted them again they gave me another code for 5% off which also didn’t work(said it was expired.) Their response to solving my issue was “nothing is expired you can place your order later.” (???) They then back tracked and told me to buy the item, pay the full price and contact their after-sales team for a discount in the form of a refund. Red flag red flag, I can’t recommend based on this interaction, the company seems shady and untrustworthy.

This company doesn't tell you they're not in the UK, took weeks to get the coat I ordered when it arrived the quality was absolutely rubbish I ordered xxl it was more like a medium, I wanted my money back but they offered me 10%. Avoid the company like the plague they are scammers
Sizing is a mile out. I ordered an XL jacket and it fits my 12 year old daughter. I have been messaging to get a replacement, yet all they offer is 15% discount. Livid! Do not use this company.

My experience dealing with this company was great. The communication regarding shipping and timing where very helpful. The design of the light was spot on and easy for the electrician to install.
If you could rate zero stars that is what I would be giving! This company is disgusting. They basically steal money from people and refuse to give it back! I am a UK size L, I’m aware these are Asian sizes so I got a 5XL which when converted on THEIR site it states it is basically a UK XL which I was happy to get a bit bigger! What arrived today is a SMALL at the most in a 5XL bag! I messaged customer service to ask to return the item and for a refund and they have refused as there is nothing wrong with the “quality” of the item if that’s what you want to call it! This company needs shutting down its horrific!!
