As far as the bioness for the leg, it does its job. But the one for the hand doesn't fit properly & when we tried to contact them to ask questions we got no response or no answers. Even our therapists tried to reach out. Nothing. It was great communication in the beginning up until we got the equipment. You have to do better to get better results.

First of all, Sydney Atkins was great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Customer tech support was very helpful and always available to help. The Biones cuff works, its that simple. It does take time to get used to and you may have to try different positions to get the full effect. Alot goes into on how its gonna work for you. Muscle fatigue, correct positioning, keeping the unit charged and contact pad wet, all have a factor on making your drop lift and move forward. You need to be patient so you can achieve it's maximum support. All that being said, I totally recommend the Bioness cuff.

2 nurses tried to help me. Both were good. Their knee caps are for a different problem. I have beginning Parkinsons. Their device helped slightly but not enough for the cost & set up work.

I love the fact that I don’t have to wear an afo anymore!! I can even move my ankle!! It’s comfortable and like to wet the pads every 3 hours, works out better for me than 4 and doesn’t dry out. Great product!!

Great experience! Every single person we dealt with was so helpful and genuinely cared about my daughter’s plan of care. Shipping was next day. I didn’t think we would get these devices that quickly. The follow up zoom appointments were very helpful as well.

I feel like after spending so much money, maybe they should offer an in person follow up to ensure I’m doing everything correctly. You have to place just right or it’s not working properly. Unfortunately, I rolled my ankle over the weekend while wearing it and until my pain subsides, I won’t be wearing it. It’s happened before, but not while wearing my old braces, only when I didn’t have them on. I’ve only had for about 2.5 months so I’m really on the fence about how I feel about it.

I started using the Bioness L300 system shortly after it first came out. I used the device on my left leg as that is the foot I was diagnosed with drop foot in. In 2006 when I received my first device it did decrease my falls to a degree. I wore the device daily as recommended but did not like the fact that stimulation was so concentrated through two round hydrogel electrodes. This year I applied for and received a new new L300 Go system and the best part they were able to get me a system for my right foot too! The reps I worked with were unsure why they never tried the L300 for my right foot before but now I have a unit for that foot. Bioness has great customer service and staff members are knowledgeable about the products. They are always willing to help!

The Bioness does not lift my foot enough safely for me to wear it outside and be safe in the world unfortunately the representative that fitted me for it did not catch that when I met with her and so I went ahead and bought it after she approved me to get it and I'm still paying on it through CareCredit, but it's just sitting in the couch in my bedroom because I can't wear it safely very often so I have to wear my AFO on it pretty much on a daily Basis. They tried to reach out afterwards and tell me to change the settings and I did that, but it still doesn't lift my foot enough safely to where I can wear it daily outside the house and be safe. It still feels very cumbersome when I walk and my foot still drags so it's just not really safe to wear out and about and run errands and things like that.

I thought the staff were very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. The product seems to work well. Although I think it may not work all that well for me because my nerve damage seems to have progressed too far. I think I might have been a little too excited and hopeful that it would work for me and did not necessarily make the best choice.

I was using FES at therapy. The sales representative came to my physical therapy location to let me try out l300 go. When I received device the online representative was able to talk to me and see if it was working correctly. I needed an adjustment after a few weeks of using and was able to have a representative meet me at a therapy location to adjust device to my satisfaction. Everyone has been nice and helpful. This l300 go has really helped me get around with my foot drop. I like it better than an AFO because I don’t have to wear shoes in the house and I can wear a variety of shoes outside not just my same old gym shoe all the time. I am able to wear under jeans if the jeans have some stretch in them. You see a bump but it’s worth being able to walk without catching my toe. I no longer even think about catching my toe when I walk.

Excellent customer service for the initial visit and the followup virtual help session. Financial staff processed everything efficiently. Staff followed up to make sure everything was going well. The device has already helped my walking stride in just 3 months of use and I look forward to continued improvement
