Where to start Phone A60 Order number 20190401090405-5ca1d4052cbf6 Bought phone from company direct I preordered phone and was told they sent all phones of the colour ordered out and I would have to wait for another production date This caused a 3 week Delayed shipping then was told because of delays they would ship expedite Charged $25.50 DHL shipping unknown to me at time Phone sent with Europe charger not American Phone sent not working now Blackview wants phone back yet I have to pay shipping both ways Obviously the phone was not verified working The price of phone is less then shipping will be once all done Little to no customer support Phone does not work in Canada yet lead to believe it does DO Not buy Blackview for North America
