Beware! Satisfaction guaranteed is a lie. I am very dissatisfied with the quality but they refused a refund. I don’t know how you’re supposed to know how you feel about product quality before ordering the product and yet it came looking very cheap and I had no recourse. They offered to send me new blinds but I don’t want to risk getting more crappy blinds and being out more money. DO NOT BUY
