The blind is fine, but the fitting instructions for the chain are difficult to follow, prefer the chain holder that was on my blinds purchased in 2019.

Ordered blind, guy put the wand on the left. Most people are righthanded. Had to call him back to change. Received first blind; headrail was scratched. Called Blinds.com, ordered a remake; 5-8 business days to get the remake. Mounting brackets were wrong. Called Blinds again; ordered correct brackets; 5-8 business days later they arrived. Finally, I got a blind that is made correctly with correct hardware. Why is it today, when you order something, you have to go through so many hoops to get what you want? I wish I could say it is a rare occurrence but we all know it is the norm.

Beautiful blinds/easy install
We ordered whole house 2.5” slat blinds for our entire house. Granted, it was only 12 windows, but every blind ordered fit the window perfectly, and once you’ve installed the first one, the rest are easy peasy. Would recommend to anyone, and would buy from them again!

The slats are the 3/4” too long
