I came in after work to get my son a phone because his was broke! The lady working found a great deal for the iPhone 16 e and had it already set up and working so I could take it home and hand it to my son. Great customer service, great deals, great location. Will recommend!

It was quick and easy try let me know what I needed before appointment and he was done in 20 minutes and he answered all of my questions
The plan I selected is wonderful. But trying to activate it was a 2 day process. I was told that if I came back the next day, they would wave my connection fee of $35. I returned the next day. Then I was told that they couldn't wave the fee. Not sure who the employee spoke with but they said no.
The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. What ever the question he answered it and went above and beyond to answer and make us fill comfortable with the transition.
First the young man that helped me made sure I got exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to make me get unnecessary things I didn't need and he was very knowledgeable on the product. I will never use another phone provider ever again.
I tried to switch our carrier and numbers to you on the website but was unable. I really wanted the $10 a month for 3 months then $25 forever. So I went to my local Boost store but I didn't get the $10 a month for 3 months and I had to pay the activation fee. Don't get me wrong, we're happy to be with Boost but I lost a lot of money because of this.
He asked if I had any questions,being a senior citizen,I would have expected an introduction to the operation of the I phone and gone over total monthly payments how much,when etc.,but he was amicable just needs to be more thorough with a less experienced customer in the application of a cell phone or apple I phone,etc.Live the cost,and eager to learn how to apply this phone to my life.
Great company, better prices! No pirates with billing or anything. Finding a signal isn’t always a best, which is tough when you’re on a work call in the car.
I just recently switched to Boost from a cell phone company I had been with over 20 yrs. Previous provider gave existing customers no perks and I felt I deserved more from them. I switched, have a much lower monthly bill and that makes me happy! I live in the Midwest and three weeks ago I went on an Alaskan cruise. I found no issues with coverage on my travel to and from Seattle Washington or my short stay in Spokane. So far, so good! Learning how to navigate my new phone has been challenging for this old gal, but I'm managing. I must thank LUPITA (Bellevue NE) for her patience and help with my switching phone providers and getting the phone that best works for me🌺
I dont like after being a “loyal customer” for over 8 yrs, that if now I want a new phone I have to upgrade to the unlimited plan thats $60 month per line. I have been with Boost because of the affordability! Now its not affordable and I am going to need new phones soon and will have to outsource to a new company with affordable plans. Do better Boost with your Loyalty customers not just your new ones!!
