I was not happy that I had to buy a new phone due to my previous Boost phone wasn't able to connect to the network (SIM) randomly after returning from out of state. The ladies at the store were super helpful and patient so I decided to stay with Boost and upgrade my phone which I am happy with the new phone.
They do there best to make ur experience good. The staff is understanding and friendly.
My phone service has been tremendous from Vegas, to Cali, NY, FL, NC,TX,AZ, back to my home state of MI, thnx to BOOST!!
