I tried to upgrade my phone and use Affirm to pay which your site stated that I could. When I went to check out it stated it was cash only! What a waste of my time!

Terrible

Terrible! They will go in your account in the wee morning hours and change your information in hopes you don't catch it, your plan, your device and everything!! Then when you try to switch, they will make it almost impossible to do so by having incorrect information on your account (like your account number) and will give you a bogus transfer pin! Don't use bogus BOOST!

Maria is always very helpful every time I visit this store. She always makes sure to resolve any issue I may be experiencing and does it with a smile always. She is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met from all the different cell phone stores and not only from Boost Mobile alone. Any carrier. I love this store and it's all because of Maria! I cannot say enough great things about her as a Boost Mobile representative and I truly hope she gets the credit she deserves.

It's been mainly a really good experience. My only negative was when I went into a "challenging" service area, I lost connection, where previously one of the "big guys" were able to keep me connected. Same phone, same app, same weather and settings. It was frustrating as the tool I wanted to use was important to me at that moment.

Setup autopay when account was opened yearsago. It always works. Service is also excellent. I haven’t any idea what the date was. Ok. Now I have a complaint. Setting the date on this survey is troublesome.

Good service; less money.

I switched to Boost about six months ago because my current service kept increasing its prices. Boost gave me the first three months for only $10 per month, and I'm now paying less than half of what I was paying to my old cellphone service. Transferring to Boost and keeping my phone number was quick and seamless.
