I've tried to get in touch with people concerning a battery on my electric wagon that is no longer working after only a couple of uses. A replacement battery was to be sent and I was going to order an extra. The problem is their Ai Agent and the inability to actually deal with a human. I have had a few responses from what I thought was a real human, but it's weeks in between and only after I've been harsh. No replacement battery has been received. VERY disappointed and will be lookinng to purchase from another company. Very sad, because I like the product. Will also be telling everyone I know NOT to purchase from here.
I had some issues with a product. The support team made me do some tests and asked to send some videos. The device was proven to be défective. The company offered to replace the unit instantly. The Communication was great and they put a lot of effort to fix the problem.
Using my BoughRV AC unit in the back of my Kenworth T680. Really helps with keeping cool during the summer. And have the exhaust venting out an upper window, with the hose in a Styrofoam sheet I cut out to plug the window.
Love my new light it works great everyone at camp wanted one but the legs are so hard to get out of the pocket when they are tucked in. Had to use pocket knife to get them out...
Bouge RV is delivering quality products at a reasonable price. I am new to Van renovation, as I am doing my first, and what I have learned is that a lot of companies who deal in "Van" accessories think that the people building them are millionaires. I am not! I am a disabled Veteran living on a small disability pension with a desire to travel the open road in my van once I get it done. I appreciate Bouge RV providing quality gear at an affordable price.

I bought the dual zone fridge — it died half way through its second use. I bought a tent a/c, it never worked properly. I am just waiting for the lantern to fail. One product out of three still works. You’ve lost me as a customer forever.
Excellent product, fast shipping. Mistakenly bought a smaller volume cooler-called them right away and they quickly cancelled and reordered the bigger one for me. Great customer service.

It is really helpful for camping if you have grid power (I haven’t tried a battery yet)
