I realized I put the wrong address in minutes after placing the order
Your AI department did not recognize my order when I needed to change the delivery address it said I could have it expedited to the email department
Email department did not reply to me
I called customer service. They said they had no power to change the delivery address.
They said the only thing I could do is cancel the order.
I canceled the order and order it again to the correct address
I got a notice that both coolers are being shipped to me. I received one and rejected the other.
It took weeks of wasted time to get a credit
While I do like the product
Your whole structure is a communication mess. Neither of the AI, the email or customer service department communicate between each other.
The customer is wondering what the is going on, and no clear way to communicate to resolve an issue
Severely disappointing in a big waste of my time
Two weeks after getting my cooler and the second one rejected I’m getting contact via the email department that’s confused about which order I got so they could credit me. Clearly your branches of your business have no idea what the other is doing.

I have lots of BougeRV products that I really enjoy. 12v coolers, solar panels, solar generators, a rechargeable light and most recently a rechargeable fan. It was making a scraping noise and BougeRV immediately replaced it. I have been and will keep doing business with BougeRV. Thank You

Great product. Moved cross country with this being our only cooler, and it was so nice not having to continuously buy ice, or drain water out, as well as being able to travel with frozen items that wouldn't thaw until we wanted them to. Battery was great for periods that vehicles were parked and didn't have access to electrical outlets.

Expanding solar from RV to back yard. Bouge RV equipment is better than most out there. Using 2 inverters, solar panel ,50ft MC4 cable and never had a problem with Bouge equipment! Soon to purchase 400 watt N type bifacial panels to start next project. Thank you Bouge RV !

The bougerv T1 light is exactly what I have been looking for. 3 colors (super bright white, amber (my favorite), and red). The coverage is amazing and the levels of brightness are a huge plus. In a well lit environment,
I didn't think the mood lighting feature would be that valuable. However, when camping in pitch black the mood lighting almost seems too bright.
Construction is solid. The rotating light arms and tripod legs are well designed and pack down to a small footprint. A carrying case is available on the jungle store.
The light isn't perfect. The next version should have memory for last used setting (white, amber, red) and there needs to be a tactile difference between the buttons. With the light off I cannot see which button is which and I've mistaken turned on the flashlight and blinded myself.
