Shipping was FAST! I waited to review until I used my cooler and it ran in the back of my teardrop camper in 90 degree weather for 8 days perfectly. I love the size and the ease of use. I hope it lasts for years to come. I shopped around and found this unit very affordable / reasonably priced. Love it!

I'm building a small portable power station, for off grid and home back up. The mppt40 charge controller,and 2000 watt inverter will be the perfect fit. The quality of the equipment at this price point can't be beat. The delivery time was very timely about a week.

BougeRV Water Heater Review
This is a review of the BougeRV Portable Propane Water Heater and related customer service. I originally purchased a BougeRV Water Heater 2 years ago. The lithium battery pack recently died and would not charge. I reached out to BougeRV customer service and reminded them that I had also purchased a 2 year extended warranty on my original purchase. After sending in documentation proof, I was told that my Water Heater was no longer available. The sent me a new model. It was a cluster flop the moment I got it out of the box. I charged the battery then discovered the on/off switch did not work. I could not shut it off. Once again, I had to send pictures and videos documenting the problem. Then BougeRV sent me another new unit. This unit seems to be working as it should. I have a 4 year warranty on this one so we'll see. It has been a month long process and preventing me from several camping trips. I am concerned about the overall durability of this BougeRV Water Heater. Quality control seems very lacking.
The customer service representative was wonderful and very informative. I am very pleased with this aspect of my experience. Would I recommend BougeRV to anyone else? Yes. I think their open communications and solid stance on their warranty gives them one thumbs up.
Great product and great price. Bright, adjustable, dual purpose light and battery bank.

Do yourself a favor. If the product is available on Amazon, buy it there. The shipper they use, direct from the company (UnuUni) is awful and their return policy is more restrictive than if you buy on Amazon
Great company and excellent products! Love that we can freeze items on the way to where we are going and keep water cold at the same time. The cover keeps the cooler cool in warmer weather and protects it against scratches and dents. Didn’t get the battery pack as we only use where we have power or have power in our vehicle.

Received solar panels quickly after I ordered them. The flexible panels installed easily on my travel trailer using the tape with no need to put more holes in my roof for brackets. Took first long trip, with no issues.

Ordered weeks ago and not received anything and then having to continually chase them for any updates about what's happened to the parcel. Sums up the quite terrible service I have had with this company. I really needed the product before this weekend, hence why I ordered it weeks in advance but looks like I won't be getting what I paid for.
