I have fully complied with customer service by sending videos, pictures, and my order number 12-11800-62047. They promised an escalation over the phone but have completely gone silent and refuse to issue my prepaid return label. This is unacceptable.
I had ordered an item that led me to believe it was in stock. However it wasn’t and I needed to know if / when it would be available as I wanted it for the following month. The customer service provided me with the information and alternative option. We agreed on the product, it was free shipping and when it would become available. True to their word the product came from the USA to the UK on the confirmed day. I was kept informed via email from a great customer service team

We used the fridge for a week long road trip. Worked perfectly. Wish it had an add on pull along wheel system as for luggage or books. It can be heavy but perfect temp and no water mess. Loved it!

I received my 22 qt fridge, just big enough for my backseat and overnight travel, it arrived extremely well packaged very prompt. I hooked it up to my small 600w power station and placed a ice pack in it to cool it down before I plugged it in. It cooled down to 30 degrees in 20 minutes or less and after a hour I reduced it down to eco mode and was really surprised how quite and steady it maintained. After 7 hours I still had 60 percent left on my power supply. I'm very happy however bouge continueous advertising is disappointing.
Super fast delivery on my order. Works as I intended to use it for as a freezer for our camping trips. Just wish the wheels were bigger as they have a tendency to not roll well on uneven ground.
