Couple of days later received an email from you stating you needed more information.
Your mailer said the checks were $3.37. Then you add a $3.50 service fee. Thats only $6.87 NOT $8.40 charged.
Further NO COPY OF BILL SENT

I have used Bradford Rottweiler checks for years. I love them. I ordered and personalized the checks, had everything in the cart. Went to check out and it made me log in After that whole process of resetting the password, my order was gone and I had to start over.
What should have been a simple process took 45 minutes.

Free standard shipping but a surprise $14 handling charge is corrupt. Then some sort of free shipping reward is a $14 a month membership fee.
One a time customer. Bet when the checks come they will most likely be very inferior.
