The rep on the phone was super short with me. Didn’t want to help me. Heard my issue and disconnected quickly. Didn’t ask me how to make the issue right. Ridiculous

Shipping updates are needed
Web transaction, pricing and order acknowledgement was good. However, shipping time, communications regarding shipping method, carrier, and tracking are not good at all. You should provide updates across the 21 day shipping window you specified.

Great product and customer service
Easy to order online and product came exactly like shown. Had entered shortened account number and company caught and reached out before printing wrong number. Excellent customer service whenever I called or emailed.

I gave you a 5 Star rating because I just received my hummingbirds checks and your company did an absolutely amazing job. In fact that my husband ordered his with Parrots on his checks. He will be receiving his in a couple of weeks. I definitely would recommend Bradford Exchange Checks for anyone who needs checks.
Better and Less Expensive Checks
Everything went smoothly and they were less expensive than other checks I have been using. Also the shipping was less. I could order personalized checks and they were still less than the plain ones I had been getting

Checks look good
Checks look good, orders came on time
Competitively priced
Competitively priced, however, checks are difficult to remove individually after writing without making a ragged tear at the top. Perforations don't seem to be made accurately.

Checks came in a timely fashion and information was correct
Good price & beautiful quality checks.
The checks I ordered were exactly what I wanted , they were reasonably priced, the selection of designs were numerous and all the information that was given was correct on my checks. I was very pleased when it came to the cost.. compared to the company I was using previously these were almost double the amount of checks for the same price. When I am ready to order more checks I definitely will be ordering again from the company. Sincerely Debbie. Thank you Bradford Exchange / checks
