A bit tricky, but order placed!

Although it will be several weeks before the checks are to arrive from Bradford Exchange, I will choose 4 stars for my experience in ordering the checks. It was a little tricky in getting through the pages required for ordering the checks. The cost of the checks were initially misleading after insurance protection, tax and shipping, etc. are added onto the cost.

I ordered checks from here for the first time yesterday. They have a sale going on and so I decided I would go with this company. I applied the code and it showed the discount. After I submitted my payment I received a message with the total being the regular price.

I did NOT receive the return address labels that i paid for. I called to report the issue and all i was told that was that they would just send in another order

signing up for the checks was ok, but checking out being asked if I wanted to join so many different companies, saying free then if you click it, free for 1 month then will be charged a fee after that. I don't like that part.

Order was canceled due to you dont print checks for my bank. Was told that id get a refund in the mail the next day... its been a week and I've sent emails attempting to gain more information with no response. This wasn't my first purchase from here but it will be my last if I dont get my refund quickly as stated I would
