Hi Twyla!
Thanks for your review, it brought a smile to our faces! Knowing your kiddo loves how his plush of Big Jim turned out is the best news! The way he designed his character made it a really fun plush for our team to create! We love how Big Jim has 4 legs for dancing too! We hope his new plush continues to bring your son lots of joy. 💙
Such a disappointing product ESPECIALLY for the cost of one item. Materials feel cheap, didn’t follow the design of the drawing. Just disappointed all around.

Took a while but that was to be expected! I ordered 3 budsies super sized specialty commissions and received the first within three months. Waiting on the last two.
It's perfect! Well made and it looks amazing.

Hi Alexi!
Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so glad you let us bring your drawings of Phanuel and Nikoli to life! Your Specialty Budsies look INCREDIBLE! Our Specialty Plushies can take longer with the amount of detail and time that needs to go into complex plushies, but we're happy you love how yours turned out so far! We cannot wait for you to get the last two! 💙
We paid extra for an advance preview of the design but did not receive any preview or updates. This was very disappointing for my son. The completed item took over two months to deliver, despite this being a Christmas gift, and it has still not been received. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Hi Steven!
We're so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your Budsies experience so far! We checked with our team, and unfortunately your order did not have holiday rush added on, so our team could not guarantee Christmas delivery. The Sneak Peek was also sent from our system! It was available for 4 days, and after our team didn't hear back for that period of time we automatically prepared your order to get it to you as soon as possible! With that being said, we want to make sure you end your Budsies experience on a high note! When your cat Budsie arrives, if you have any questions or feedback, our team will be more than happy to help! You can email us then at [email protected]! We want to make sure you love your plushie! 💙
An amazing selfie doll was created of my husband, father of two boys! The kids are overjoyed with their doll. They love the detail that was put into it, the watch, the Blackhawks Jersey, the jeans and Vans shoes. The only small thing the doll is missing is a pair of glasses, since my husband wore them. But that's okay. We are so happy with this and I hope it brings my boys comfort any time they need it.

You guys made my daughter’s day!!! She was beyond excited when she received her budsie in the mail! It looked exactly like what she drew. You can tell these are made with such care and attention to detail. I can’t thank you guys enough for this wonderful gift!!!

Hi Ashley!
It made our day to hear that your daughter loves how her Tubby Budsie turned out! The name is too cute, just like her character art! The little frog on top of its head is an adorable addition! We couldn't be happier for her, and thank you for letting us bring her art to life! 💙
I'm super-happy with how my Inside Out original character turned out! He's so cute and looks almost exactly like my drawing that I sent them. I especially love the embroidery for the face. I only needed one sneak-peak, as there were no adjustments that needed to be made the first time. The optical illusion pattern on his vest was a bit simplified, but I understand the limitations that working with plush can entail. Everything still looks amazing! 🥰

Hi!
We're so glad we could bring your Inside Out fan art to life as a Specialty Budsie! We're happy to hear that you loved your Sneak Peek too! His color palette is so pretty and works so well together! We love that you added a fun sweater vest too! Thanks for letting us bring your fan art to life! 💙
My son loved it, it was like it was pulled straight out of his imagination and brought to life. What a great idea 💡 this is and I hope this company has great success.

My daughter had been eyeing the products and wanted to create her own. The experience for submitting everything was so easy and when the product arrived it was amazing.

Hi Sarah!
Your daughter's character Budsie is so awesome! Her art for Celestial was amazing and so helpful for our designers, they loved that she drew multiple perspectives of her character! The details on Celestial's hair and outfit made her so unique and an even better Budsie! We're so happy we could bring her art to life, and to hear that she loves it! 💙
Budsies creates a high quality product, and I was pleased with everything. They do take a bit longer than other companies, but the quality they offer is priceless!

Hi Paula!
We loved bringing Ollie the Catamus Cat to life! The fuax fur addition was a great choice! Our turnaround times can be a bit longer sometimes since our plushies are handmade and custom made, but we always move as quickly as possible! We're glad you're happy overall with your Budsies experience! Thanks Paula! 💙
Design was on point and down to the detail for the drawing I submitted! Customer service was great! When I reached out for an update on my order they politely referred me to the correct communication link and got back to me within 1-2 days!

Precise and quick review for a precise and quick service
Polite customer service with quick responses. Top quality materials and craftsmanship. Staff took my feedback and made adjustments without any issue. Arrived quickly.
This was the third time I ordered and every time it's a 10/10 service. Not to mention that the budsie is freaking adorable.

** UPDATE **
After rereading my review I felt my original review was too harsh, I guess when ordering from Budsies you have to expect that the nature of plush will mean it will never be 1:1 nor do they advertise it will be. In my case all my plushies I've received from them look like they've genuinely jumped off the page into real life (Chester, Dylan Plush are the ones which look the most 1:1).
I wanted to also affirm that Budsies have repeatedly always tried to make things right with me including with my final latest plush order.
** ORIGINAL **
I'm a bit disappointed by the size of my latest plush.
I ordered a 30 inch one however after measuring its size was only slightly bigger than my 16 inch plushies I got made by Budsies. The plushie also feels extremely firm to hug it seems overstuffed. Otherwise the quality of all the other 6 plushies I've received have been outstanding every single time. Might just be the design however!
I would still recommend budsies to anyone looking to get their plush made!! :)

Awful - Never Seen a Rabbit.
I ordered 2 plushies for nearly £300. They were awful.
One resembled the drawing but had no structural integrity and loose stitches. The 2nd was nightmare fuel. It’s awful and it gets worse the more I look at it.
They added elements not on the drawing, missed elements that were. I wasn’t expecting perfection but I wasn’t expecting it to have been made by someone who doesn’t know what a rabbit looks like.
Face wings, a line for a rabbit tail and hair tuft, uneven features like pointed eyebrows, white cheeks, wonky mouth. I wish I could post photos though I am tempted to post to expectation vs reality.
On the plus side, I don’t have to worry about Halloween decorations this year. This teddy from a childhood memory will guarantee to keep the kids away.

My Experience with Budsies
I had commissioned budsies to make a plush of my oc a little bit ago, and for the most part it turned out pretty accurate. The hair is a little off, some hoodie things arent rlly accurate and the proportions are decent but the legs are a bit stubby, for the most part it was pretty good so 7/10
