The service itself was pretty good. I had communication with the person in charge of my plush, but there were times I had to reach out to ask what the updates were for the designing. They still responded by the next day, but a suggestion is to give an auto response or a small estimate as to when the next process will begin so people aren't left wondering if their plush was forgotten about

Easy to submit order. Company was great at communicating through email where our character was in the “building” process. Good quality and workmanship. Kind of pricey… for price paid, should include a “free” preview to allow for any small changes.

Team was super friendly and still gave me insight for the plushie despite not getting the sneak peek option. Packaging 5/5 Plastic branded bag sealed the plushie in great condition. Communication 4/5 Should've gotten the sneak peek option, but was still provided with great feedback and confirmations. Budsie Plush 5/5 Everything I hoped for in the plush and more. Scaling was great and material felt very nice.
