Ordered a metal sign holder. Bottom rider holder was bent a little bit but I'll manage to get it straight. Shipping box didn't look damaged. But maybe better support in box is needed.

I have sent a message to the email address I was given. The retractable banner does not unroll completely and the banner does not stand on it's own as the pole on the back goes completely thru the bottom unit.
