Happy man
Lakshay K - has amazing customer service, attentive. My coffee went cold, as I ate my sandwiches first, he took my coffee and made me a new hot one without charge. He is polite and very smiley . His level of attention is remarkable.

Excellent customer service with equally as great food…
Lakshay was absolutely brilliant and looked after us from the moment we walked in. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. He checked in with us throughout our meal to make sure everything was to our expectations. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional, and even took the time to introduce us to the chef, which was a lovely personal touch. We had a wonderful pizza, and the desserts were absolutely amazing and delicious. Everything was beautifully prepared and the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Lakshay for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend eating here and will certainly be returning! A huge thank you to hard office for organizing this for us.

Chaka was amazing!
My friend and I frequent this establishment everytime we are in the area and Chaka was an amazing waiter, he refilled our mint teas whilst we were spilling our tea! He was funny, attentive and very accommodating! Even got some life advice for travelling! He deserves a tip!!

Chaka and Satish on the night of…27/7/26
Chaka and Satish on the night of 27/07/26 were amazing! My sister and I had a memorable last night in London before flying back home to Sydney Australia. The service is amazing, polite respectful and friendly and very professional. Loved the recommendation that Satish gave me that was delicious! French toast was yummy. Especially loved the Masala Chai Latte too! Chaka’s exceptional service friendly nature helped us have a memorable night. Great team! Thank you again If we come back to London we will definitely stop by. 😁😁 Wishing continued success.
