Pro's: easy to use, con's way overpriced, battery size is way to small, lasts roughly 5 times, should have at least 3 times that to make it feasible. Limited efficacy, after 5 months of daily use, have not noticed anything.

Christina was great but my product is discontinued.
Christina was great in providing support information. However, the battery pack I had hoped to replace is no longer available so I would have purchase both a newer one and a special adapter to mate this new power source to my 8-year-old cap. Trade-in for an upgrade to a new cap on does not sufficiently offset the high overall purchase cost. Consequently, no 'good' options.

My Capillus was not working
My Capillus was not working, I spoke with Karla and she guided me through my options. We decided to send it in for repairs. They were able to repair the unit, I should be receiving it shortly. Very happy!

It works!!
First and foremost, it's working. For me that is number one. I had a little problem, turns out it was me, but Isis in support took great care of me and reached out even before I even expected. I'm a fan!!!
