Excellent care at Wally
I had a great experience at Wally Dental. I was seen exactly at my scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciated. The office is equipped with modern technology, and everything felt very up-to-date and efficient. Both the doctor and the hygienist were very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. Overall, it was a smooth, professional, and comfortable visit. Highly recommend!

Heather was amazing! But everyone who worked on me was great! Lol I can't actually remember if the teeth cleaner was Amy or Heather? Her name I mean...I'm not good with names, lol ...but it's the second time I've had her. Great job!

Not worth it
The cleanings are superficial and done in < 20 minutes. After starting My second year, suddenly they diagnosed gum disease and insisted I need deep cleaning at $80 per site and would not be able to book a cleaning until I did that. Somehow, my regular dentist told me there is no gum disease — yet they continued to insist I have it. Their entire business model is to charge you for other things. After all, how did I suddenly get gum disease when I increased the number of cleanings I got and was told I had great oral health? Not to mention that the service was almost always bad. I was sprayed all over, suction instrument pulling on my cheek and tongue, no polish, no rinse.. I’m not even sure what they really did. One hygienist didn’t even hold the suction tool in my mouth .. everything dripping out and ruining my clothes.

Wally is usually quick and easy but…
Wally is usually quick and easy but this time my appt was moved 30 min earlier to complete X-rays (I would have appreciated a call and not just a text to be sure the time worked for me). Once I arrived, I was seated and did X-rays quickly. But then the hygienist wasn’t ready yet so I was moved into 3 different chairs, one after the next, preparing for the hygienist who never came. Finally after about 30 minutes and nothing, I was moved back to the original chair I had been in and then the hygienist appeared. I would have appreciated coming at my scheduled time and doing everything then- it doesn’t make sense to bring someone in early for X-rays just to make them wait longer. Also the tech who worked with me seemed angry, she kept slamming things around and tried to take my blood pressure with 2 cuffs which were out of battery or not working. When I told her they weren’t doing anything you pulled it off of me, hurting my arm.

Part 2 of periodontal work
Was in for Part 2 of periodontal work. Anais was gentle, understood my nerves and gently accomplished our goal. She made me feel comfortable. I am so glad I made the choice to join Wally!
Made going to the Denist a good experience
