Horrible customer service
I visited the 249 Church St. location for my retainer service. The lady placed buttons on my 8 teeth. One button came off the next day. I want to get it fixed right away. They're telling me to wait midway thru care. That's not acceptable service. Also, I was told to get a cleaning every month. The online schedule doesn't allow you schedule multiple appointments. I'm on a virtual messenger with Karina. She hasn't helped with my dilemma. I'm paying for services that I can't obtain. This is very disappointing. There's no actual person to speak with. Only text messages that aren't helpful. This is my 1st time trying Wally services. I expected a better customer service experience. I feel like no one is helping me to resolve my issues.
I really enjoyed my first visit with Wally dental. Everything was explained and done very professionally. I was a little late due to traffic, but the Wally team communicated with me, and was able to take me right in once I arrived with no wait. I enjoyed my experience so much that I'll be returning every 2 months for my cleanings.
Tribeca location was easy to find clean and there was no wait for my appointment. The set up was great, clinic style with portable stations I appreciated the innovation and efficiency. Everyone was so nice! Staff were excellent.
My results came to my app were super helpful I wish there was a way to contact to or get more information on my results though. Still 5 stars value for money with service provided.
They do a great job cleaning your teeth and taking X-rays in a friendly clean office. However, there’s no phone. Everything is email so you don’t get some questions answered fast with a live person. It would be nice if they had a dentist on staff who you can ask questions about some test needing cavities or bridges and crowns and prices if you have no insurance. But the cleaning and X-rays part is top service. Still a bargain for $199 a year unlimited visits. 👍
