Wally is not only innovative, but it also emphasizes preventive dental care. I've been searching for a dental office, and I'm glad I found them. I recently had my initial appointment at the Center City location, and the experience was superb from start to finish. The dentist and staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. The office was easy to access, and the entire visit felt seamless and comfortable. I'm so happy to see Wally in Philadelphia and look forward to continuing my dental care with them!
At first I was very pleased because I knew this was a new business that needed to get the Kinks out. Cleaning was great. The examination was great. However I was told that the deep cleaning will cost $400 by one of the assistants there but, after asking to hear more about the deep cleaning, via their text service, and the what it might cost, as a test that they failed, I'm a little skeptical now.
Instructions to location was good. Follow up was good. Process was thorough. Benefits for teeth care are great. Friendly staff. Philly Locations are hard for me in terms of parking.

They marketing unlimited free cleaning
They market unlimited free cleaning but it’s just a fraud to get money from you in other ways. I paid, I arrived, and they now saying free cleaning is only free if they do t need to do deep cleaning for medical reason. So now I’m here, coming to clean my teeth and they declined to clean them because I need deep cleaning for extra fees (wow shocking, come for free cleaning and btw we can’t do free cleaning v till you pay for for deep cleaning). Which I agreed to do, to schedule a deep cleaning for later on (cause they said they cannot do it same day). But I also wanted to get what I came there for, regular cleaning till my deep cleaning in 4 weeks is scheduled. They declined. Great service.
The dental hygienist here in 157 Columbus Ave, in NY was super rude. Answered me with disrespect, saying I should go to the website and look for that condition for free treatment only if there is no deep cleaning needed. But when I opened the website in front of her she couldn’t even show me where it is. On the contrary, every page that mentioned free cleaning was only mentioning that specific fact: FREE UNLIMITED CLEANING. nothing condition that anywhere. I asked for my money back.
After a little confusion, my service started with X-rays. Be prepared. These are not your average images. I was impressed. Everything was explained as I went through each service. This was probably the best cleaning I have ever experienced. It was so gentle that I was concerned. However, when I ran my tongue across my teeth, I knew they were clean. I ordered a new mouth guard while I was there, and they offered a discount. They will use my scan to create the guard. I didn’t have to go through that mold and paste procedure. That was a plus!
The doctor, assistant and hygienist were all very patient in explaining the procedures and answering my questions. The hygienist was especially kind to me while carrying out a full gum health exam and the cleaning. I really appreciated her reassurance and kindness.

Horrible
Bad. I asked for a whitening they told me no, I have to wait. I was told I’d get an Amazon gift card for leaving feedback + an additional one for leaving a Google review but it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received anything.
I took advantage of the Wally dental membership for $149 that I saw on Facebook. I had my first dental appointment today. I was in and out in a little over an hour, although they suggest that you plan to be there for about 2 hours. Staff was friendly. I got x-rays and a cleaning for no additional cost. The hygienist (Jessica who was absolutely amazing BTW) said I could come back for cleanings as often as I wanted because I have the annual membership. You can also schedule your appointments in the app whenever you want. Everything was quick and painless. So far I'm pleased with the service.
The staff is wonderful. From the moment I was taken in for X-rays and scans, speaking with Dr. Lee, to the cleaning with Lindsey was incredible. The ladies are professional, friendly, and explained each step of the process. Everyone is an asset for the Wally team.

I went to Wally ONCE they proceeded to charge me $140 5 times for one meeting. They do not have human representatives. They only respond sporadically through text and I have not gotten a resolution to my issue.I have not settled this but I will confront their dentists at my next meeting. I have tried several times to get a clear answer on why i charged for work not done. I will be taking them to court if i do not get a refund or a proper response as to why i was charged repeat with no service done.
This membership is a scam. They do a superficial airflow and NO deep cleaning. Deep cleaning IS a dental cleaning. After you pay and go through the process, they disclose that it will cost $40 PER TOOTH to clean them. If you have 11 tooth to clean, plus the membership, that's a $600 - $700 standard cleaning right there. A good deep cleaning at a fancy dentist is no more than $350. Don't waste your money and time on this scam.
This was such a positive experience. The clinic was clean, bright, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I met was pleasant, and the dentist carefully went over my treatment choices in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt hurried, and the entire team made sure I was comfortable. It's nice knowing I've finally found a dentist I can rely on.
