This one is mixed I give Carid A+ on getting the product here like mentioned, A+ for answering the phone F- for customer support, Unfortunately there is a problem with the Power steps I purchased from your web site, not enough customer support. I fill frustrated to say the least its not fair when I'm having trouble and it seems as if everyone is sitting on there hands .Carid customer support says we have wait to here from the manufacturer. Now I called the manufacturer myself, but with out the order number between Carid and the manufacturer the manufacturer can't help me Im pretty bummed out, these steps where my birthday present, some birthday present I got 😑😩 . I also said I just want to send back to recieve a refund I got the run around with that as well 😤

The chat support was great. However, your misleading delivery guarantee was and is an embarrassment to your company and the reason I won’t return or recommend your services. “If you order in two hours you’ll receive your order tomorrow “. It’s not true nor was it ever intended to be true. Basically, it’s your scam to get the money and order into your system then take the mindset of who cares after that what happens. Very deceptive and shows low integrity for your company.

Haven't received unit,but good reviews, dealt with another company, terrible experience ,seems Carid following in their foot steps,ordered pcm,need vin,all ready, order goes thru,no vin ask..call customer support 10 minutes later,told em situation, was told with emissions alone, plug and play,I didn't push the issue, Lotta goos reviews,haven't received my delivery yet,decided to call customer support closed sat,customer chat..was informed pcm not programmed, so to return it,they charged 30 fee because its not damaged? But not programmed not useful to me,I need it programmed, we don't do that..thats not what website and customer support said..im being charged whether I refuse delivery or send it back..then he has the audacity to fet upset with me and call customer support on Monday, clicked the chat..aint Vlads money so its ok for him to sit there read me a script...where's the decency in all this..still not driving and a truck ornament??? Really?? This is how u make ur bonuses? By charging these nonsense fees,because customer service didn't explain? But took the money out of my bank ,quick...all I want is what I paid 300 for..a programmed pcm,plug and play

They sent me the wrong part. I didn't realize until I installed it. They would not return it. They said they would send me another one out and I had to pay for it. This was a their fault, do not buy nothing from this company. You'll be sorry. They won't stand behind their product or there screw up
