Becky was the absolute best sales person. She was very friendly, informative, and at no point did I feel pressured to do anything. I am beyond satisfied with the purchase. The price was also amazing (10k under KBB - I think I got lucky). Would 100% do business at CarMax again!
From the moment we entered the reception, staff were extremely inviting. We were partnered with one of their sales representatives, Davit, who was absolutely wonderful. Davit was very clear and trustworthy. We had various questions and he was able to answer all. He also laid out various warranty options and Carmax’s reliability. He was extremely helpful and cordial, and we could not have experienced and better service. We did end up purchasing our vehicle and we’re also informed of such terms as a 10 day return policy if not satisfied. The Carmax manager, then introduced himself and sat chatted with us as well. Bravo, Carmax!
