The problem is you ordered your parts sometime and it doesn't be on time plus you try to call they if they has your old address they sent it there instead sending to the address you has on the page. Need to be honest with the customers and not lie to them... It's just sad. I would love to order and the the order on time....

GET THE DELIVERY INSURANCE. I ordered a pair of fenders. The first set that was delivered had damage. I called customer service they said it wasn't a problem. They would send me a new set. The New set of fenders were great. Car perch dot com is an excellent company that i've been doing business with for a while. Thank you customer service.

Great order experience
I was able to find the part I need to fit my exact vehicle. I have not received the item yet, so I cannot comment on the quality of the item. The order process is extremely easy. The parts selection is enormous. I was disappointed by a misleading application for FreeShipping.com at the end of my order. I'm not sure if this is something totally unrelated or if it is something that CarParts.com allows, but it was confusing and I thought I was getting a credit for a future order, but instead I was signing up for FreeShipping.com at a cost of $19 per month. Don't get fooled when completing the order process.

Wrong Part Received, Poor Customer Service
I received the wrong part. I reached out to customer service and was graciously told they could generously compensate return shipping (insert eye roll). I decided to keep the incorrect part, though I still need the part that should have been shipped. I was told the sales team would call...crickets. I have decided to purchase the item again, trusting an hoping I get the right product. Though I'm irritated I have not heard back from the company on this. I believe expedited shipping should be covered at their expense. I know I need to pay something for the replacement part since I kept the incorrect one, though I've been overcharged now for what I've received. Very lackluster customer service. Here's hoping the right part is shipped/received and I can be done. I'm skeptical based on my interactions with the company so far. Fittingly, their website did not have any captcha to even leave this review and kept throwing error messages anytime I tried to submit. Feels a bit par for the course.
Issues still pending until my credit is…
Issues still pending until my credit is applied. Out of over a $500.00 order ,the only item that didn't have any issues is the nerf bars. They fit great, look even better n most of all work as intended. The dashboard came in n has 3 cracks in it but husband installed it as best as he could since the box was cut down n put into trash. He allowed it to sit in place to relax as much as it could before installing it. Unsure how they are going to deal with this issue. Pictures sent in. The tail gate cables never arrived only the envelope they were sent in. Empty package. Refund pending. Pics also sent in. Tailgate cap order was canceled by parparts.com without notification due to on back order or out of stock. It wasn't until I called to inquire about their location that I was sent notification of this. Over all... the shipping was way over priced for the condition of this order. Like I said issue's still pending. Car parts.com has a lot to do to redeem itself with me. Love my nerf bars though.
