Stay far away from ordering anything from this company, mark my words you will be disappointed…. I wanted to return my wrong bumper they sent me and of course they say I have to pay for the shipping back as I paid for the shipping buying it smh, well I went to the UPS and it was 7x the amount to send it back, so I’m stuck with a bumper that doesn’t fit and lost 300 bucks. Thanks for being a shady company, I think the better business bureau needs to step in and shut all the doors to this place by using their scamming tactics where we just get stuck with their junk we can’t use or send back, all the old over stock garbage they have piled up that they’re just trying to send out to whoever knowing they can pocket easily, time will catch up..

The package with my cabin filter was totallydestroyed after being delayed many days and at many hubs. The outside box as well as the box with the cabin air filter was totally smushed.!!
This part 100% isn’t a direct fit for a 99 Chevy Silverado. So why waste your time advertising it as that??? Now me and this Company are going to get acquainted because I will be needing a return and I will be in contact with them until the day it hits my bank account.

Product purchase was correct. Shipping was a joke. The $20 credit for next purchase and promise of delivery date. Promise 4 days but got it in 11 days. Nickle and dime to get the $20 credit towards next purchase, just wrong. Bought from you over the years and never a problem but no more if you use this carrier. Sorry
