All four pieces had an issue fitting properly...I'll be ordering OEM immediately. Drivers headlight assembly will not adjust. Passenger headlight assembly will not adjust. Also fogging and has standing water in assembly.
The product showed up looks beautiful but it showed up 3 days after they said it would arrive and I can't believe that's normal to arrive on that time because the timing was like 2 days. Most likely it's just an inaccurate shipping speed calculator on their website

Besides the high shipping costs, what has really driven most Hispanic auto repair shop owners in the United States away is that Carparts.com is one of the only online auto parts stores that doesn't offer customer service or support in Spanish. I was a customer of this store in the past, and the language barrier was the main reason I switched to Rockauto, just like most Hispanic customers have done.
The company overall was good, they had a lot of selection on their website to choose from, however the quality of the part I ordered was so so. I ordered new headlights to replace my fogged up ones. But the weatherstripping/rubber around the headlight unit was not the same length thoughout the perimeter, so when I had installed the headlight unit and it was as flush as I could get it there was a gap where I feared water could potentially seep in and get to the electrical under the hood. This is not carparts fault but perhaps a manufacturing defect. Will see if carparts can help me with a return.

I ordered from you once before amd it was very good experience. I hate to admit this to you, but I tried PartGeek will Never use them again. I ordered a brake booster for my 99 Tacoma and they sent me a fluid reservoir for who know what. I called and told them the box was all crushed up and it was the wrong part. Since I had purchased insurance they gave me the insurance number amd told me once the claim was settled I could reorder the part I never got. I called the insurance and they told me they would not file a claim because I didn't know what part they sent me or if it was damaged. It looked good to me. No damage that I could tell. I called PartsGeek several times after this and was told my these morons that they no longer were responsible because I called the insurance people. This made no sense and they would not provide me with another contact that spoke American English. They all had an Indian accent (dot not feather) and were just reading a script instead and of listening to me. I finally called my Visa card people and they filed the complaint. Long story short, I was denied because I ordered from them and they did send me something, end of story. That was a $140 and 2 month lesson I want people to know so they don't get F'd. Carparts.com is a company you can actually communicate with. I love that.
