Honestly, if you’re in absolute, I MEAN ABSOLUTE DYING NEED then yes they’re great as far as an easy process, and the money is deposited fairly quickly…. However, if you have any other options take them! I hate I ever opened the app and was ever given a loan. Worst financial decision I could’ve made. The interest rates are horrible & the pay back frequency is adding more hardship to my life than the help I initially needed. Overall truth, I would not recommend. You might truly end up in a worse situation than what you might have initially needed the money for! 1/10 truthfully. Not a company/site created to help consumers but more so themselves. & since I can’t reply to their comment, actually no…. My terms weren’t shown up front of what my payments would be. I was under the impression my payments would be once monthly. Nevertheless it was my fault for continuing forward without asking further questions. Lesson learned on my part but for anyone else, I want to at least let them know what they’re getting themselves into.

What woukd help the company improve is?

What woukd help the company improve is lowering the rates of users who have a constant on time pay history. Taking out loans mean people are in need but if yu borrow and constantly paying on time you owe more than what you took out because of the daily rates. 12$ a day is crazy especially when I just paid. And it still take out 12$ for that day as well.

Last representative was very rude…

First Lady was sweet and understanding other representative was very rude attitude gone tell me can't make payment just close the account don't understand people have problems in life to loans not for me be glad I pay it off never again

This Company is a scam! I Have been paying on a 2,000 thousand loan since last year!! And still paying Can't no body tell me how much paid so for! The interest rate and the other fees they tack is what why I can't pay this loan off! Do Not Get No Loans from Cashnet!
