Apparently my girlfriend was very disappointed with the quality of the gift. I don’t like leaving poor reviews unless I’m very disappointed. After talking to my girl she told me the bears were cheap foam that crumbled at the touch and the flowers were cut ridiculously short. I feel almost embarrassed for sending her the gift. I’m in California so I can’t bring her a gift personally. Online your bouquets look nice but apparently in person not so much. I hate to say it but I’m bummed by her disappointed reaction.
The flowers arrived on time however my girlfriend was disappointed because she said the stems were cut too short and none of her vases worked.

I ordered some flowers for my special someone for Chinese Valentine's Day. When I checked with them around 8 or 9 pm, they still had not received them despite the order having been marked as delivered way earlier by the company. I emailed them and they almost immediately called my recipient, not me, to apologize and told her they too many orders that day. They then emailed me and told me the courier had lost it but that they would deliver it ASAP. I called them out for the reason why it was not delivered and then they admitted they had too many orders. When I saw what was delivered to the recipient, it was the proper bouquet but it was missing part of the arrangement (it was supposed to come with two, little teddy bears). I did contact them to express my disappointment with the transaction and this, and never heard from again. This was my first order with them and my last. I am not dealing with such a dishonest company.

The flower bouquets are very expensive. I like that I can deliver to an address in China, but I would really appreciate better competitive pricing. I am not excited about using the website for future purchases, I am getting my Taobao account setup.

I ordered the flower, then had to cancel it due to Covid lockdown in Shanghai. It was a very easy process, no hassle. I will definitely order flowers and gifts from CHinaFlower214 once everything is open.
Placed order and even though I received a confirmation of order placed, due to technical problems a final charge could not be made. I wrote to customer service, and they did not advise of what had happened. Order history indicated pending. Then, later it was canceled. I reentered complete order and on 2und time all was good. Bad experience for me, there is no customer service for support. I felt I was on my own to resolve.
