I’ve ordered thread from you for years

I’ve ordered thread from you for years. Usually collections and been very happy with the quality. I had to get large spools this time because you were out of the regular size black and white. Just need to figure out how to make those work on my Brother machine. Thanks 😊

The fabric with my kit was not the quality I would expect from a first rate quilt shop. I have never used fabric that had a very loose weave causing a lot of loose threads. Not happy with this fabric. I had ordered from you a couple years ago and didn’t like the fabric. So this will be my last order.

I have ordered from Connecting Threads…

I have ordered from Connecting Threads several times and have always been satisfied. Their fabrics are beautiful and high quality. The pictures in their catalogue and online are true to their products. The one kit I ordered had generous cuts of fabric, allowing me to use my Accuquilt machine without worrying about running out of fabric.

Products are terrific!

Products are terrific. Shipping took longer than expected, otherwise I'd give 5 stars. The fabric is gorgeous though, with an excellent hand.

I love the thread that I ordered, the service was great and fast shipping. I will be ordering from them again.

Connecting Threads is very responsive…

Connecting Threads is very responsive to requests. I need additional fabric for a quilt kit because I didn't read the instructions correctly. They replaced the fabric, however, USPS somehow lost the package. I called and they replaced the missing fabric again. I appreciated this very much. The fabric is beautiful and I can't wait to see the finished quilt.
