I have ordered from Connecting Threads for quite a while and have Always been Thrilled with everything I’ve received. Only one time recently I wasn’t absolutely thrilled is with the Small Change Quilt Kit. The picture of the Kit made me think it was truly RED and White. I’ve been wanting to make a red and white quilt for a long time. When I received the kit with the material, the Red fabric was not really Red at all. It is kind of a Rust Color. It may just have been the computer not showing the true color. But I have since purchased true Red fabric elsewhere, and am almost done with piecing it together and it is working up nicely. So the pattern is great. I will continue to order from them, since this is only one in a whole lot of things I have gotten and not totally thrilled. It is hard to tell the true colors on the internet pictures. Thank you for your interest in your customer satisfaction!
Kit looks great. I was concerned when I opened it because I couldn't find all the materials listed. Turns out they were "stuck" together. Make sure you separate all the pieces of material when you open it!
Usually have really good service but this time they sent the wrong persons order to me. Granted they rushed the correct order to me but I had to repackage the mistaken order and take it to the post office to return.
